Our family moved to Colorado in 2017 after living our entire lives in the South and Midwest. We fell in love with the small town of Monument and quickly knew that we’d call it home. Our entire family’s crazy about ice cream, and can’t wait to share our favorite homemade recipes with our neighbors. We’re proud to create ice cream made in-house with local milk and cream, fresh all natural ingredients, no preservatives, gluten free, and packed with flavor! We offer ice cream scoops, to-go pints, espresso drinks, baked goods, and have several dairy free and vegan options.

DELICIOUS! I got a chocolate sprinkle waffle cone with cookie dough and cake batter ice cream. Both ice creams were excellent, very creamy and had great flavor. The cake batter was probably the best cake batter I have ever had! There were actual bits of moist but still very light and fluffy birthday cake mixed into the ice cream. It was out of this world! The atmosphere is really adorable and the customer service great too. A++ all around! I will be back!

Wonderful ice-cream and sweets shop in Monument! They have a good selection of coffee drinks as well, and a very good apple cider. I had their pumpkin pie during my visit, and it might be the best tasting pumpkin pie I’ve EVER had.
The place is decorated nicely, and they have a well-documented play area out back for kids. If you haven’t done so, visit this place!

We love Lolly’s for their healthier and food allergy friendly options! The waffle cones are amazing! Great ice cream and a fun place to visit-the backyard is great in the summer! My kids love when we make the trip to Lolly’s-such a treat! We’ve celebrated several birthdays here, including my daughters 9th where she got the delicious Glinda Sundae ❤️

Every time we come they have new flavors. Absolutely love that everything is food coloring free as my kids have allergies. Had a vegan flavor this time and couldn’t even tell. Cute little shop and they handed the kids gifts for Christmas time.

Inside -it smells like Heaven. (Never been before, but I hope to visit someday.) There’s something sweet for everyone, even those who don’t like ice cream.

-A water fountain with little cups.
Outside- additional seating, games, and a little yard. Great place to let the kids burn off that sugar they just consumed.

I love a good affogato – espresso with ice cream. I got a scoop of sweet cream and a scoop of chocolate with two shots of espresso and it was the best I’ve ever had. The service was super friendly and warm, and the atmosphere was really cheery. Next time I come I want to try the gourmet ice cream sandwiches. They looked amazing. This is a must try if you are in the area.

Really cool local ice cream shop with tons of seating and cool outdoor games in a backyard type patio. Amazing for kids. Everything they have is gluten free – the ice cream, the cones, all the pastries in the cabinet. Perfect for families that have someone with celiacs.
They also sell their toppings in little side containers for 50¢ each so you can apply as much or little as you like and it keeps them sanitary. We went on a really crazy day by accident (Stuff your Stanley day) and the staff was handling the volume well and still giving service with a smile. Absolutely incredible local gem.

Never Enough Zzz’s
We love Lolly’s! My only criticism would be their limited variety of vegan/dairy free options. They typically only have three and not many of their toppings are vegan. The staff we’ve encountered were also unable to tell us if the cones were vegan friendly, though we suspect they are not. Overall, I’m thankful we have some dairy free options in our area, but my first world problem is wanting more options.

Really cute summer atmosphere and tons of places to sit! The ice cream was good and they had some neat flavors like oat berry and key lime. We really liked sitting outside and watching people come and go downtown!
