Every time you order through the app or website they will screw up your order and then tell you they cannot refund your money because the website and app are not them. I will no longer deal with any corporation that tries to pass the buck to keep one. Absolute garbage experience every time and I feel foolish for falling for it a 2nd time.

A few weeks ago I went to go pick up dinner – 2 2pc meals with all white meat and was told they didn’t have any white meat. This was 6 pm there were a couple people in the dining room but no one in drive thru. This is not the first time this has happened. Forward to today approx. 4:30 , go in and order the same thing. Once again I was told they had no white meat and it would be at least a 20 min white. Im not sure if it’s bad management or what the issue is but it is ridiculous that a restaurant that specializes in Chicken is always out of what they are known for

Ordered in the app. Got there 5 minutes after 6pm as that was the time stated for pick up. We waited 20 more minutes for the food, drove straight home which is about 10 minutes away, and I was appalled at what this establishment had given to my family for $70! I complained on the app, as well as, directly to corporate, because nobody was answering phones at the establishment, and the lobby was closed. They refunded half of my money, which I’m not satisfied with, because absolutely all of the food went to the trash! The chicken was so soggy, that the skin was falling off, the fries were half full and hard as a rock, the bucket of chicken had 6 pieces instead of 8, mash tasted of water as well as the gravy. The wrap, I don’t even know what to say, the tenders were weird in texture. I will absolutely never spend a dime here ever again! This is not my first bad experience but it will certainly be my last!!!

I have stopped today around 10:38am and they were closed, doors were closed, according to internet and signs they open at 10am. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have stopped to get food around 10:30am since it’s on my way home and they have always been closed or they tell me their chicken is not ready till 11am. Please change the opening time or talk to staff because they never seem to be open before 11am. Once I leave I never go back around 11am to see if it’s actually open. Today after leaving I stopped at a different place to grab food and on my way back I saw 2 cars in the drive through and people were talking because no one was answering the drive through either and that was at 10:55am. It has happened to me before where I waited in the drive through for over 10minutes and no one answered. For everyone else having issues with this location seems Corporate complains aren’t going through make sure you file a complaint through BBB.

Unfortunately, I did not know the girls name who waited on me today she was quick got my food was very nice and personable. I got a text coupon for 12 Chicken nuggets for a little smaller than I expected them to be. I do have a picture of it compared to a water bottle but the chicken is incredible. I wish they were bigger. I wish I could’ve got a 20 piece or something like McDonald’s.

I’m not a fast food person maybe once a year under certain circumstances I’ll pull over at a drive thru. Honestly, i haven’t had any luck with decent food or service and this one is no different.
This year my 86 years old mother in law decided that out of ALL the places we could have taking her for a dinner on her birthday she wanted KFC to go.
Well, it’s her birthday so we respected her wish. Arrive to find the floor so sticky I thought I’d lose my shoes. The lady who took our order was nice but she told us they are out of dark meat( only 3 left) so she offered something else, we eventually settled on dinner that would please all of us.
We get home and they fleeced this little old lady of a pice of chicken, really??? She’s legally blind she can’t go anywhere this was the highlight of her day to ride in the car to KFC and get her 3 pieces of chicken.
I should have gone by the overall reviews.
So disappointed, what a shame

As usual, restaurants DO NOT read take out orders. I ordered the Dark Meat on my order today, picked it up and when I got all the way home it was just a regular mix of chicken. How can you own/run a restaurant when you can’t get a simple takeout order right? It’s not like it was busy. The food was soggy and salty anyway, so never going to KFC again.

I ordered multiple meals this evening thru Uber eats. We got less than half of our order. The 8 pc portion of the meal was missing. We called driver.. they said to call store… manager at store claims the bag was sealed, yet we found out the seal tape was never removed from KFC employee. So, we are out $66 and my dinner after waiting an hour. Never again would I order or even recommend this location after tonight.

Horrible run location. They constantly have you pull away from the window even when know one is in line just lot try improve they order time. Understaffed and consistently provide old food that has sat under a heat lamp

Every time I have the slightest taste for KFC, I want someone to hit me upside the head. Everytime I go there the food is either cold, old, or uncooked. That KFC in Orion is a hole in the wall! Hire folks that seem to get an order right. You all really should start measuring and weighing chicken strips because you may to charge the person in front of us because he is the one who got half my order
