Some of the best croissants I’ve ever had. Even just the classic croissant is really good. The dough is light like it should be, but still has a lot of body and chew to it. It’s also just salty enough; I find a lot of upscale bakeries don’t put nearly enough salt in their croissants.

The ham and cheese croissant is absolutely incredible. Salty croissant dough with gooey, chewy cheese and tangy whole-grain mustard. This is probably my favorite item from their menu.

My next favorite is probably the almond croissant. It’s that same delicious dough but stuffed and topped with almond cream and sliced almonds. It never occurred to me that an almond croissant could actually be stuffed. It’s so good and not too sweet.

The baguette is also really good: chewy and hearty, great with some butter or olive oil. And both their sweet and savory scones were tasty, but certainly their croissant-based offerings are the best.

There was a very short line when I arrived around 7:45 am on a Sunday. It grew to maybe 20 people just as they opened at 8:00. I’d recommend arriving early for the best selection!

Had a ham and cheese flaky pastry and a spiced apple danish. Amazing food, full of flavor. And the place smells amazing so if you walk in you’ll end up ordering something.

Small town charm. You can smell just out of oven breads from streets. There were people waiting outside Sunday morning. Nice bakery

Some of the best baked goods in the state and compares well to the best bakeries we have been to around the world. Just wish they find a way to keep the croissants warm for those who can’t make it first thing in the morning. We tried a lot of their pastries and everything tastes amazing – flavor and texture is top notch.

May the makes of such fine pastries continue to proper and share their scrumptious creations with the world for a long time. We want to go back and hopefully around opening time.

Get here early! The line starts before they even open which is always a good sign. We tried the classic croissant, ham & cheese croissant, chocolate croissant and the lemon ginger scone. So freaking amazing!!!! All of it. Every. Single. Thing. Prices are good. Place is clean. Check ‘em out for sure.

This is a small bakery with limited hours and even more limited supply so come early and get everything you want to try because I guarantee they sell out of everything after 2 hours of just opening!

2 words, Egg Danish!! If a croissant, egg, green onion bun and fresh herbs had a party it would be this egg Danish! I cannot stress enough how mouthwatering and savory and perfect this one item is! I usually have my sister get me a almond croissant but I’ve been missing out! The egg Danish is hands down the pièce de résistance imo.

Service is quick, I don’t recall seeing anywhere to sit, its more of a grab and go but the staff are friendly, and the goods are amazing! Come here and come early, they are worth it!

Their pastries were the best that I’ve had so far! We bought ham & cheese, long john, apple and egg danish. We’ll try other bread/pasty next time for sure. Highly recommended!!!

The pastries from Saboteur are sincerely the best I’ve ever had. I’m obsessed with their orange pasties. The orange scone pictured first was incredible: buttery, savory, crispy, and complex.

I’m not sure how a bakery like this ended up in Manette.

Ordered a a baguette and a pastry to go. No prices displayed. $12. Ok, a little spendy. I paid but no tip, which i wouldn’tdo for to go. Debit card shows $16! While both items were very good they were not worth $16!

There’s probably always going to be a line but don’t let that deceive you the pastries are just ok. If you’re looking to support something local this is for you but if you’re looking for exquisite pastries keep searching. The selection is pretty limited. I got the croissant but it was missing the buttery, flaky, lightness I’ve come to expect in a croissant. It was good but not my style. My friend enjoyed the ham and cheese as well as the almond. We got 3 pastries for 18$ pretty steep but I didn’t know the prices beforehand.
