Forgot my kids meal and my drink and my Gravy.
Was told to pull around and they’d bring my items. Forgot my kids meal the first time. And the drink that went with it. Then i thought to myself to check the sauces and all of them were missing. So i went in and grab that myself to find the clerk being rude around my missing items. Don’t get mad at others for your failure to complete your job.

Five stars on everything served; met Malinda at the window, she and the crew spoiled my dogs with pup cups but even if they hadn’t, I say this DQ is now an asset to the Danville faster food community.

I usually LOVE going to DQ. Not today. I went for breakfast to go. Usually, it’s great. Not today. I always get a full size gravy and biscuits. So, 2 biscuits and “hopefully” enough gravy to make my biscuits soggy (ya know, really yummy), today I got the biscuits and like 3 tablespoons of gravy. I mean, look at this disaster. It is drier than the Sahara desert. Well done, DQ. I guess I’ll be taking my business to McDonald’s from now on. At least they know how to SHARE their gravy generously with their customers.
Not to mention one of the guys who I mainly see working at night, ALWAYS has his butt hanging out of his pants. Like his pants are down under his butt cheeks. That is disgusting, unsanitary, and downright unprofessional.
They NEVER seem to know how to get anyone’s orders correct. I understand being busy and occasionally messing up, but messing up all the time even when not busy. It sounds like the workers just don’t care or they are goofing off and not doing their jobs.

Favorite Turd
Your employees telling drive thru customers they can’t have ice cream but we can see them serving it to customers inside the restaurant. Also, a lot of play time going on with the employees but not the best customer service. Seems like children are running the show. Where is the manager? Somebody needs to be grown up and in charge. I know you don’t care but I vote with my dollars and am more than happy to buy a pint of haagen dasz at Walmart across the way.
