The workers here are super sweet especially the younger dude who’s tall . always remembers my order and always greets me with a smile ! The best subway to go to . Thanks Sean and team !!! I only come here to be greeted by him , would be extremely disappointed if he has to leave / fired . great job subway !!

Do NOT order mobile pickup from this location. I placed an order today at 10:04 am and did not get my food completed until 10:30 am. I showed up a little after 15 minutes after I placed the order expecting it to be close to completion. Upon my arrival I found that my 3 sandwiches were all half completed all of them having the meat and cheese on them as well as having been toasted. I stood back waiting for the employee to finish the sandwiches with the toppings when she then stopped making my families sandwiches and proceeded to start taking the order off someone who had walked in after she had been working on them. She completed this other customers order and then was willing to push my sandwiches back in line again offering to take my order not realizing that the 3 sandwiches that she had just abandoned and let get cold were my families. It should not take over 15 minutes to make 3 sandwiches when they were not busy and when the sandwiches are that far along they should not be left to get cold because then there is no point to toasting them. Furthermore it should be first come first serve not pushing people’s order back just because you feel like it.

The young person had no idea what to put on the sandwich. I had to tell her 3 times what sandwich I wanted. She laughed the whole time as she tried to close my sandwich and cut it into two pieces. She checked me out gave me my change and then looked at her phone. She was pleasant, but the young man working with her had to give me my sandwich. I realize she was new, but Subway do better!!

The food was great for a subway. The staff that works the day shift was amazing and friendly today. Also, there is a person on here talking about the lettuce looking bad but any person who graduated high school knows it oxidized let alone it’s in a freezer to help keep it fresh longer. Someone of y’all needs to stop complaining about things when y’all look like an onion .

This Subway is AWFUL!! The new owner is so money greedy and cheap! He does not let the workers have a discount anymore. The Walmart workers have to pay for a water cup. He also doesn’t accept coupons. I noticed flies all over the place. The Subway on Bankhead hwy is waaaaay better. The owner is also ripping people off by not giving the correct amount of meat in the sandwich. Y’all better beware…Don’t eat here!!!! Wish I could give 0 stars!!!

Poor employee behavior towards customers. The lady who works here now is on her phone and complains to every costumer that comes in, talk about how hoorble her hours are and just how horrible her job is overall. Very rude and doesn’t not look presentable. Hardly any bread and says the oven does not work. Only one customer working each shift. Highly recommend not to come her and this place to be shut down or new employees with a better appreciation to have the title employee and to have a job.

Never had exceptional service there but today the lady was eating at the counter and finished eating before serving me. Got home and the turkey on my cold sub was warm and the ham had a slimy texture. It was disgusting. I tried to call several times but I there was no answer. Go to the subway on Bankhead so much better they get 5 stars from me, always clean, friendly, and good quality.

The best service there honestly was a little nervous going here from what people was leaving 1 starts for but its all lies. Also one of the cleanest subways I been too. They get a lot of rude costumes and the Walmart employees too omg there the rudest. I feel bad for those subway workers
