We had a chance to try this place recently. Ordered the kacchi biryani, pompano tandoori, chicken roast, and beef Razala. The fish was very flavorful, and the biryani was good. The chicken roast while good didn’t taste like the authentic dish.

I was very excited to see a Bangladeshi place open up in the neighbourhood. We got take out for lunch from here , and the food was amazing. Their tandoori pompano was cooked absolutely perfectly, and we really enjoyed it. Their rohu Kalia was extremely tasty and so was their kacchi Biriyani. The restaurant looked clean and the staff was friendly. Looking forward to eating from here regularly.

Outstanding new Bengali/ Bangladeshi restaurant in the vicinity. The restaurant is clean and the food and ambience is top notch. The Chicken/ mutton curry with potato is my favorite. Just like what I used to have on Sundays when I was a kid. Very light, savory yet flavorful.

Stopped by this new shop and was so pleasantly surprised! The owner is very kind and friendly. It was quite clean and the food was great! We got mixed veggies and chicken tikka masala and both were great. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Food was tasty(ordered the fish curry and rice Palau with Naan). The service was very pleasant and welcoming. They want you to have a good time and even hooked me up with a free drink. I will return and try more items on the halal menu.

We went for dinner and had the duck, chicken tikka and dal. Duck was ok and tikka was below average. The tikka especially was sweet and weird— didn’t know tilkka is supposed to taste like this. On top of that both the items were clearly not fresh and probably 1 to few days old. Dal was good.
Overpriced and they served little amount of rice we had to order rice three times and each portion is like half a plate. Definitely recommend if you want to get that old feeling how the how restaurants in Dhaka rip you off when you were in BD.

I had a wonderful experience at Taste of Bangla! The food is fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. I especially loved the goat curry, chicken tikka masala, and the rohu fish box with masoor dal rice – all tasted just like home. Portions are big, prices are fair, and the service is friendly. Definitely one of my favorite spots, and I’ll be back again!

The food was amazing! Ordered the Chicken tikka masala and it had tons of flavor and the naan was freshly made. Anna took great care of us. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning again

8/22/25: The Chicken Roast we had today was nowhere close to what we had 4 weeks ago. We are very dissapointed. The quality/taste of the food is not consistent. Changing from 5 star to 2star.
7/27/25; We tried their Chicken Roast with polau, which was exactly like Biye barir roast we have in Bangladesh. The duck bhuna was awesome too.
They have good number of seating space to enjoy the food comfortably.
We plan to visit again soon to try their kacchi/mutton biriyani.
