We ordered dinner about an hour ago and it arrived about 15 minutes ago, one of the very few places in town that get my order right. The issue I have is when I go to eat my fries I find a short black hair. I say whatever it happens, I get maybe 5 fries in and felt a tickle on my lip I found another hair I said okay I’m sorry I can’t eat anymore. I had to apologize to my husband because i didn’t eat a whole thing of fries and I felt bad. I’m blind so I understand a hair from time to time it happens to me when I cook.. I can write one thing off but it happening twice within two minute I’m just concerned with the cleanliness.

Placed an order at 9:30 because the map location and app said MIDNIGHT and it let us place an order and then we got there at 10ish because of all the ice and snow and nowhere did it say they were closed. Got there, no answer. Rolled up the window and dude tells us they closed at ten. Great! Three cars pulled into the lot because their thing is ‘open till late (midnight)!’. I understand its cold and they most likely closed up earlier because of it, but atleast close your online ordering and put a sign up. Now, we don’t have dinner tonight.

Good service, I just had to share my experience at Wendy’s because it was so great! I was helped by an employee named Jacob, and he was seriously the nicest fast-food worker I’ve ever met. He was super friendly, sounded genuinely happy, and seemed like he really enjoyed his job. It’s so refreshing to see someone with such a positive attitude, especially in customer service. Jacob totally made my day! Give that man a raise!

WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE ever! When I asked basic questions (like how much is a burger) staff didn’t even bother to look up the cost – they just said figure it out for yourself. I will keep driving past this Wendy’s if I ever come back through this region and so should you.

Bad food, Unprofessional Employees, Nasty restrooms.
If I could give ZERO stars I would!❌
The cashier is slow and wasn’t very friendly.
There’s also always a male employee just standing behind the counter staring at everyone, we’ve NEVER seen him move from that spot or do anything at all!
Super Creepy vibes coming from him too.
The women’s bathroom is ALWAYS super gross, thank goodness I take a travel antibacterial spray with me so I could clean the toilet seat off this time.
There was toilet paper everywhere, big smears on the mirror, the sink was dirty, the trash was overflowing and old soap was dried to the floor.
It looked as if this restroom hadn’t been cleaned all week..

Unflushed toilets and nasty restrooms.

Fermented ketchup that tasted like beer.
It was hotter inside the building, than outside in 100°+ heat!
We’re assuming that their AC went out?
Could atleast warn people with some signs before they walk directly into hell.
WILL NOT BE RETURNING, EVER AGAIN!
Also left a complaint directly to Wendy’s!

I used to not have any issues at this location but the last two times I have placed mobile orders and they made mistakes on both orders. Also, on this last order the fries where clearly old. We usually love Wendy’s fries but they were inedible this time. These were disgusting, they were hard, extra dry and stale! I do not think we will be going back anytime soon. It is just not worth the issues when our orders are so simple. Our orders are simply two Burger, two fries and one drink.
