I placed an online order. I dont like fried chicken, but my daughter wanted it, so i relented. I ordered tenders because I figured I could drown it in sauce. Picked up the order and got home. Once home, I noticed no sauce at all. No silverware or napkins either. Good thing I was home, otherwise my daughter wouldn’t have been able to eat the mashed potatoes she ordered. The fries were cold and they didnt fill the soda all the way. I could understand 2 inches, but this was at least 4. I called and was advised they’d give me a few replacement tenders. Overall, not a great experience.

So I decided to stop for lunch here and get a coke with light ice. First off it has a full cup of ice and the coke wasn’t filled all the way up. Christopher was rude and didn’t say thank you or nothing. I’ve been in customer service for years and this was appalling. I will say that Dee who works there is much more jovial and can follow instructions and thanks the customer and tells them to come back.

So I went thru the drive thru for lunch today. I ordered 3 piece tenders and fries, and shrimp with cole slaw. I paid, drove home, and realized it was the wrong order. I called Popeyes and explained their mistake. The guy who answered said, “yes we realized it was wrong after you left”. When I asked if I could come back later today to pick up my correct order, I was told I’d need to bring back the food from the incorrect order. I said, you want me to leave the food here to get cold and gross when I’m hungry now and I don’t have time to come back now so you can correct this? I was told that’s how they could prove to the manager that the order was wrong (I didn’t have a receipt). I said, but you just said you knew it was wrong, can’t you just write a note for the manager? I was told no, because that’s the owner’s policy. Never going there again!

Clean restrooms and dining area. My food was delicious and the staff was friendly. Easy accessibility with plenty of parking. My only complaint was they were out of Diet Coke.

I want to start by saying the guy who took the order was rude. On top of that, the food and tea were terrible and inedible. The biscuits were as hard as a rock, the chicken tenders were mostly breaded with little meat and also tough. Additionally, we only received two sauces for two meals. Come on, Popeyes, do better.

The restaurant is operated by young adults and teenagers. While my husband and I were dinning in and eating our meal a girl yelled out the “F” bomb not once but twice. We just looked at each other and didn’t say anything. As we finished our meal and cleaning up a young man yelled at another co-worker and dropping the “F” bomb. I stopped and asked to speak to the manager she was very young as well and I told her what the language she smiled. I will be contacting corporate
