Sushi Land is always such a treat to visit. Located at Keele, just north of Steeles, this Korean-owned sushi restaurant offers generous portions, top-tier service, and a cozy, intimate dining atmosphere. The quality of the food easily rivals some of the best spots in the area.

I’ve been here several times now, and everything I’ve tried has been a delight. On our latest visit, we ordered the D1 Sushi & Sashimi Roll Combo Dinner and the D17 Hwe Dup Bap, both were absolutely AMAZING. I can’t get enough of them. I’ve also seen other guests’ Bento Dinners and Donburi dishes, and they look fantastic as well.

Sushi Land even offers an omakase experience, which we’re excited to try on a future visit. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area; you’ll be greeted with a smile and enjoy a truly delicious experience.

Stopped by Sushi Land for lunch and ordered the Tuna Chirashi. The Tuna itself was fresh, but the menu description says “fresh tuna and seafood on sushi rice” — there was no other seafood included, which was a bit disappointing. I was definitely expecting more variety based on how it’s described.

My boyfriend ordered Salmon sashimi and the Lunch Bulgogi bento box, and unfortunately it had way too many onions/cabbage which overpowered the rest of the dish.

That said, the fish did taste fresh, so I’d probably come back and try the omakase next time.

Great food. Lots of seating. Great prices. Staff was great. Parking is ample.
I judge my sushi restaurants by their salmon sashimi. It was awesome. I’ve seen this restaurant come up many times on my search for great sushi but hesitated to go. To be honest, I did not visit it before because of the name, just sounded too generic; yes a lame excuse for not going before this outing. But don’t let the name fool you, everything about it was excellent. Five stars in all categories.

They are very kind they gave me two free miso soups! Big rolls too and very yummy. I got a dynamite roll and salmon lover roll and paid $28. great experience!

Incredible experience at Sushi Land!
This was my second visit, and once again, everything was absolutely amazing. The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices are surprisingly affordable for the quality you get.

The staff were so polite and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience. One of the best touches is that with every sushi order, they serve a complimentary miso soup — and it’s genuinely delicious! They also bring you a pot of green tea with your meal, which just makes everything feel even more thoughtful and complete.

I highly recommend trying the Alaska roll — it was a standout! Honestly, this is some of the best sushi I’ve had in recent times, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Sushi Land has earned a solid spot on my favorites list!

My wife and I ordered the sashimi bento dinner. It was absolutely amazing! The tempura was hot and crunchy (not too oily), the sashimi was fresh and cold, the sushi and rolls were perfect!

This is not a chain. It’s a family owned and worked restaurant. Small little neighbourhood hot spot. Partly because their sushi is out of this world and part because their servers are very kind and attentive. I’ve eaten sashimi salad in many restaurants but NONE can compare to this chefs creation. We did one the dinners for two and I added on the sashimi salad. I drive a very long distance for this salad!

Awesome and fresh sushi place. This is our family’s go-to Japanese restaurant that never disappoint us. We always ask the chef to create the perfect meal within the price and he always takes us to the next level. True omakase experience without breaking bank! The atmosphere is like a nice and spacious neighborhood restaurant. It’s not fancy like those overpriced Japanese places with nice decor. However, I will always choose this place over any of those fancy places. Food speaks for all. Always fresh and full of flavors. Even their cooked dishes (eg. Tempura, teriyaki etc) are amazing. Their take-outs are amazing but I strongly recommend dining in as everything tastes 1000% better fresh from the sushi bar. (But the last picture is the takeout set from this place which we had before)

A welcome change from the run-of-the-mill AYCE sushi spots on every corner. This authentic Japanese & Korean restaurant is highly-rated for good reason! Great service and even better quality of fish. Highly recommend the sashimi as the quality is unmatched. Looking forward to coming back to try their special omakase menu and bluefin tuna.

Great sushi! Very fresh and great deal for lunch special. It isn’t my ideal rice to fish ratio- a bit too much rice but maybe it’s only for lunch specials
