I didn’t know that when I ordered Marcos for the first time in my life, I would be ordering a stupid amount of dough. Pizza and bread was maybe 60% covered AT BEST. Will not be ordering from there again.
Edit: I did reach out to corporate and I got a form letter apology. No offer to replace my food or fix the order. I am not impressed.

This is the worst Marcos franchise store. The franchise states they deliver within 3 miles of their store. We live with 2 miles and for 3 years they have refused to deliver. 1/2 the time we order we pay extra for sauce that doesn’t come and today we order thin crust on door dash (rechecked the order to make sure) regular crust was delivered. Called the store and they blame it on DoorDash even though the order were showing in the app is correct. GM offered no solution!!! This store is. Joke with the worst customer service!!

The pizza is okay. First time I’ve ever had canned mushrooms on a pizza and I’m not a fan. Also, the pizza lacks flavor; maybe it’s the sauce…I don’t know. Cheesy bread was better than the pizza. Delivery was quick and they have their own drivers.

We me and my three grandsons walked in to place an order. The manger sitting in the window on his phone. The other two employees ran to the back and no one acknowledged or greeted us. As a first time visitor AWFUL EXPERIENCE. If they treated us this way walking in definitely don’t want them touching my food. We went to Pizza Hut whom appreciate us patronizing the business. That manger should FIRED…set the example for your store. This was approximately 3:45 pm on 12/03/25.

Food is usually pretty good here but the young female employee is so rude. She recognizes my name and gives me attitude for being a repeat customer and usually I brush it off but she was extra rude today so I made sure to apologize to her for the inconvenience of having to deal with me. I’ve never been anything but nice to this girl, she even reminds me of my niece so if anything I’m extra polite to her but every time it’s the same scenario. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. You can roll your eyes and mumble your rude comments to someone else now.

I’ve been a customer with Marcos for years I specifically asked for the wings to be fried hard. My wings were delivered cold and the restaurant is 8 mins away. ALSO the sauce was very light also something I was not expecting.

Abysmal customer service, food tampering and CONSTANT issues.

We have ordered from Marcos for years. When we moved, we started to get deliveries from this location. It baffles me how anyone actually has a good experience with these people.

If the order isn’t 1.5 hours late, then we are either missing a soda, got the wrong soda, random toppings on the pizza one of us is allergic to, they forget parts of the order and then there’s today….

We ordered a large cheese pizza that came with a missing sliver. Yes, we did assume the pizza had shifted. Yes, we tried to put it back together. No, it did not shift. No, it could not be put back together. It was literally missing a sliver.

So we called and got a new one. Driver shows up and looks at it. Laughs and agrees it looks like someone possibly mis cut and tried to fix it. That’s fine! And we probably would have been okay with it, if they had told us.

The replacement pizza was exactly the freaking same. So we hand it back to the driver and call for a refund for the pizza.

I then opened my cinnamon squares and there’s nothing on it. It’s just dry bread…. No butter, no sugar, no cinnamon.

I call and the “manager” says “the order was already refunded. What do you want from me.” I only put manager in quotes because I am fairly certain whoever I spoke to, was not actually a manager. It would not be the first time that this location had an employee pretending to be a manager. then he just… hung up on me.

I just don’t understand. We have always tipped well. We have always been kind. It almost feels personal at this point. We can’t even get in touch with anyone that actually cares. The store managers do not care and the employees don’t care. We have only called when there has actually been an issue and up until the last two times, we’ve always been very nice about it. if their goal was to get us to stop ordering, good job!

The lady put the wrong address in when I said it 2 times round 10:37pm I was 30 minutes haven’t received a phone call nothing about my order I’ll back to the store and the gentleman told he was sending it back out so I called again and the lady I spoke with before placing my order she had an attitude when I placed my order then she answered the second time I’m trying to explain she was talking over me then still talking over me and said I was getting my order and hung up on my face so I called back about my money and she kept hanging up on me she needs to be fired cause she have bad poor customer service skills I was un satisfied I will not order with this location ever again

Dear Marco’s Pizza Customer Service,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a very poor experience I had with your 514 Knox Abbott Dr, Cayce SC store today.

I placed an order for delivery, which took over an hour to arrive. When I called to check on the order, I was told the driver had “tried to contact” me at the number listed, but no calls were ever made to either of my phones. Without contacting me properly, the order was canceled without my consent.

When I asked about a refund, I was told it would take 3–5 business days. While that was frustrating, I remained calm and polite. However, when I called back to reorder, the employee I spoke to was extremely unprofessional. She asked me if I was “okay” and implied that I had an attitude, which was uncalled for and inappropriate for someone handling customer service.

This entire situation was unacceptable. Not only did I not receive the food I ordered for my child and myself, but I was also treated with unnecessary rudeness. I request the following:
1. Immediate confirmation that my refund is being processed.
2. A written apology from the store regarding the way I was spoken to.
3. A customer service credit for the inconvenience caused, as a gesture of goodwill.

I hope Marco’s values its customers enough to address this matter promptly. Please confirm next steps at your earliest convenience.
