After placing order at drive tru an got to window a black female an black male worker were playing with each other. Which is very unprofessional, I watched server handle fry box with bare hands. Then after leaving, my order was wrong. Instead of just a classic roast beef. I was given a Cheddar roast beef that was flat like someone flattened it with there hand. Will not go back. Service sucks

They have the meats and the meats are really good. I highly recommend the beef n Cheddar, I’ve been getting it for years and it’s still good to this day! It’s an amazing sandwich and definitely worth trying, fast service, decent atmosphere, and if you go to the right Arby’s they have a bell to ring if you enjoyed their service, ringing it was very fun and it’s nice when the workers say thanks (:

Order 2 sandwich meals. When we got the food they gave us crinkle fries instead of the curly fries we ordered. They also forgot to give us our cheese sauce. Went inside and the cashier was nice about the mistake and made it right.

Every time I come through this drive thru even for a drink I wait here at least 15 mins if not more. They need to hire or move faster. It’s called fast food for a reason that’s why people use the drive thrus !!!!!!!

They gave me everything in my order but one item but from the time I paid for my order till the time I received that last item was 12 minutes and all I got was a ‘sorry for the wait’. And that item? Was a chicken bacon Swiss. I would have spent less time waiting for a double quarter pounder with cheese, which is known to be a specialty item that takes longer. A chicken bacon Swiss, I thought that was a normal item. I didn’t realize they had to slaughter the darn chicken and pig.
Keep in mind when I arrived the drive-thru was empty. I placed my order but when I moved forward I was behind a truck that I had to wait behind for about another 5 minutes and this was not a busy time. District manager should definitely be involved in this store and take a look at the videotapes from that day.
