I wanted to take a moment to shout out to Blue Apache in Youngsville, Louisiana. The service was absolutely five-star. I’m usually not big on fish, but the fish tacos were surprisingly delicious definitely converted me. The chips and salsa are what really made the meal, honestly some of the best I’ve had. The food was amazing, but the service was even better. Highly recommend stopping in.

Came in for a late lunch, 2 tables were occupied, we waited at the hosts table for a while before getting seated, also we had to ask for our salsa and chips the food was typical Mexican fare, although the sautéed veggies were very good! I like that you can build your own platter though !

I called in an order to go and the young lady had me repeat myself a couple times to make sure she got it correct, NO beans, add grilled mushrooms & grilled onions. Upon arriving to pick up my order the restaurant only had 4-5 tables, so they weren’t super busy. My order came out just as I was completing my payment. Upon arriving home I found my order full of beans and no grilled onions so I called to let them know. The same young lady answered the phone. Upon telling her what happened, she blamed the kitchen and said I could drive back to Youngsville and get another one. Hard pass since they were about to close. This has not been my experience in the past and was quite disappointing.

Met family here per a recommendation, can’t extend that to anyone else. Ordered the quail fajita plate and when the waitress was lowering it to the table I could smell that something was off. Tasted the quail and it was freezer burnt. Just terrible. Sat there while everyone else ate there food waiting for a worker to come back. They didn’t until everyone was finished. She asked how the food was and I told her about the freezer burn. She told me that there would not be a charge for it and asked if I wanted anything else, nope. Didnt expect to pay for the terrible food but did expect for a manager to come out and talk to me, but that didn’t happen.
Maybe they didn’t know about the bad bird but they should have followed up, and they didn’t. Really can not recommend a place that would serve food like that and the have poor customer service.

Dine in, delivered or pickup the food is always fresh and delicious. Ceviche is the best in town and those Chimichangas are huge and meaty. Best selection of Margaritas too.

I always have a great dining experience here. The servers are so genuinely friendly, they make great drink suggestions. (Seriously, try the Mr. Jeff!) And, of course the food is delicious! I tried the flan for dessert and loved it!

Picked up a steak quesadilla, taco salad, and queso. The quality was ok, however I had more cheese than anything. Very little steak. I’ll give them another shot but I was not impressed with the amount of steak in my quesadilla. Other than that the rest was good and of good portion.
