After reading so many 5 star reviews, we decided to try Jerusalem Bakery and Grill. Perhaps it was the time of day, two hours before closing on a Friday evening, the food had reached its peak for serving. The salads on the Vegetarian and Jerusalem samplers were sloppy and short on flavor and crispness. The Hummus had virtually no flavor. Luckily the little pickle slices added something to the Hummus. The Jerusalem Sampler proteins were dry and rice overwhelmed the plate.
The food reminded us of steam table ‘all you can eat’ selections.

Perhaps they were off their game this night, but I don’t think so.

We hoped for fresh and real Middle Eastern food from such a highly rated restaurant.

Not for us. Your miles may vary.

Food has always been great, but the baklava is typically warmed up before serving. It was cold when I got my two slices. They’ve significantly cut down on serving sizes. I think it’s a little absurd to cut down on rice portions because it’s cheap and a good filler. My plates used to be big enough to take a to-go plate home. Now it’s just enough to finish and they’ve raised the prices significantly.

I visited And Done in Jerusalem Restaurant and Bakery and I was very impressed with the whole experience. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and served in generous portions. The bakery section had amazing items that were both delicious and beautifully made. The staff were kind and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for sharing a meal with friends or family. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I truly recommend this place. I give it a well-deserved 5 stars.

Stopped in to get some Baklava, which btw was AMAZING!! Decided to come back and eat there and the food was OUTSTANDING!!!! I had the Lamb and my wife had the Spicy chicken which had just the right amount of heat. Highly recommend stopping in if your nearby or in town for a quick visit like we were.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza. Arrived cold as hell. Quality was half ass done.. I was better off with The frozen pizza from the dollar store.
I should’ve ordered falafel or hummus instead.

As a regular customer, I want to be clear: The food here is excellent. My family and I genuinely enjoy dining in, and the quality of the cuisine is why we keep coming back. However, I have had repeated, frustrating issues with the takeout service that need to be addressed by management.
When ordering to-go for a party of four, I asked in the online notes (“Please send enough sauce for 4 people”). We only received 2 sauce,
This is more than a simple oversight; it shows a lack of attention to detail and training in the kitchen/packaging area.
When I called the restaurant to express my disappointment, the manager simply apologized and promised to handle my next order personally. While I appreciate the gesture, the solution shouldn’t be for the manager to do the job of the staff. The solution is to train your people better so that the service reliably matches the quality of the food.
For future customers: If you are ordering takeout, especially for a group, call ahead and re-confirm every detail, because you cannot rely on the staff to follow instructions, even if they are written down.
I hope this consistent issue with order accuracy is fixed, as it significantly detracts from an otherwise fantastic dining experience.

I recently brought my son and his girlfriend to Jerusalem Restaurant and Bakery for an authentic Middle Eastern dining experience, and we were not disappointed! We tried several items from the menu, and everything we tasted was absolutely delicious.

This isn’t a traditional sit-down restaurant with table service ,it’s more of a casual, self-service setup. You place your order at the counter, pick it up when your number is called, and grab anything else you need yourself. While that might not be everyone’s preference, the quality of the food more than makes up for it.

One of the highlights was the attached bakery and store. We couldn’t leave without trying the baklava and coconut cake both were to die for. In fact, they were so good that I didn’t even get a chance to snap a photo before they disappeared from the table!

The restaurant is clean, inviting, and filled with delicious aromas and unique items in the store section that are worth browsing. Despite being self-service, this place is absolutely worth a visit for anyone craving authentic Middle Eastern cuisine.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the self-service format. Still, Jerusalem Restaurant and Bakery is a gem, and I highly recommend it!

We catered a dinner last night from Jerusalem Bakery and the food was delicious. All of our guests commented on how amazing the food was. It really helped make the evening memorable. The staff all did their best to make our evening a smooth experience. We were able to accommodate vegetarian guests, gluten-free guests along with everyone else. Highly recommend you enjoy Jerusalem Bakery and Grill.

I’ve been here more times than i can count and everything they serve is delicious. The wait time is not too bad during peak hours. There is parking in front and plenty of seating inside. The attached bakery/ store sells authentic desserts and other items. This is where I come when I am craving an authetic dish. The customer service is okay at times but can be better.

Had the spicy kufta chicken kabob platter — perfectly grilled, juicy, and full of bold spice. The sides balanced it out beautifully with fluffy rice, creamy hummus, and fresh salad. Every bite tasted vibrant and authentic! (Don’t miss to take the side condiments!!)
