Wonderful night out! Delicious food, good drinks, and attentive waiter.
First our waiter suggested a couple of white wines, brought out one to sample. Very good wine, but not my taste. Chose another which was perfect.
Ordered the fried eggplant with shrimp in a sherry sauce. Was excellent.
I had the beef short ribs with French onion sauce and cheese filled pasta.
My friend ordered a gnocchi entre.
We were both very happy with our choices.
To round out the meal we ordered the tiramasu. Amazing. Sorry no pictures we devoured it like wolves.
Great meal, pleasant atmosphere,
Quiet enough to have conversation.
Date night for sure.

Visited this restaurant recently while chaperoning for a group of teens attending as pre dinner for their Homecoming dance. Rene did an exceptional job of remaining in contact throughout the booking process. His hostess greeted me at the door and assisted me with setting up the room prior to their arrival. The teens loved the food and dessert much better than the restaurant from the prior year. lol teens are hard to please. The island margarita and crab cake appetizers were absolutely delicious and well seasoned. The redfish entree and grilled shrimp salad was also flavorful. Can’t wait to stop by again.

Last night, my wife and I chose Nuvolari’s in Mandeville for a special date night—and what an unforgettable experience it was! This place is truly the hidden gem in the Northshore, delivering divine food, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that feels both elegant and inviting.

We began with three incredible appetizers:
• The Crispy Gulf Oysters with Nueske bacon, fontina, and calabrian chili vinaigrette were perfectly crisp with a touch of smokiness and heat.
• The Crab Cake—honestly, the best we’ve ever had—was packed with flavor and freshness, beautifully paired with piquillo remoulade and giardiniera.
• The Grilled & Pickled Beets with burrata, sherry, and pistachio offered a perfect balance of earthiness, creaminess, and a hint of sweetness.

For our entrées, I had the Pork Tomahawk Chop, which was juicy, tender, and cooked to absolute perfection, served with rapini and a bold salsa verde. My wife ordered the Stuffed Agnolotti Pasta with wild mushroom and lump crab meat, and it was rich, delicate, and absolutely unforgettable.

We ended our evening with a slice of homemade Tiramisu that was creamy, dreamy, and the perfect sweet note to finish a perfect meal.

A very special shoutout to our server, Brooke, who made the entire evening feel warm, personal, and seamless. Her service was as exceptional as the food.

Nuvolari’s gave us the kind of dining experience that stays with you. For anyone looking to elevate their evening—whether it’s a romantic night out or just a love for fine food—this is the spot.

I’ve tried everywhere along the lakefront, and I think Nuvolari’s is the best. Everything on the menu feels worth ordering, the service is always great, and the prices match the quality. The Redfish Piccata is my favorite dish. If I had one wish, it would be for them to add a gluten-free pasta option sub for an up charge so guests with celiac could enjoy more their pasta dishes.

I was with a wedding party of 12. Food was great, nice warm atmosphere and Nicole our server was excellent! She was great with the kids. I had the pork chop and I enjoyed it and my dog Esther enjoyed the bone. A couple of people had the Chicken Parmegon which was a huge serving with pasta on the side. The drinks were not watered down which was a nice change from some places we go! Overall I would highly recommend this place!

One of my favorite places and taste of Italy .
Such a smooth, relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Been here for a few meeting meals and a few date nights. The menus never disappoint and some dishes may be seasonal.
The beets, the crab cake and gulf oysters appetizers are divine.
Entrees: my husband had the tomahawk pork chop-so tender and that grilled taste is a great touch.
I had the seasonal dish of wild mushroom agnolotti with crab lump meat-so creamy, and the mushrooms and cheese stuffed agnolotti pasta is just a win.
Dessert: tiramisu is always a must to devour and crème brûlée is always a staple.
Cocktails I have enjoyed the blueberry mule, strawberry splash and red wine.

From the very beginning, our experience was top notch.

We made reservations for our 20th anniversary, and upon arrival were welcomed with Happy Anniversary, and a huge smile.

Bella served us, and was the most attentive and personable server we’ve had in a long time.

We had the fried oysters for our appetizer, and it was absolutely delicious! The Nueske bacon and Calabrian chiles were the perfect touch with the oysters!

Our entrees were the Redfish Picatta and the Sweet Pea Agnolotti, which was stuffed with lobster! Absolutely phenomenal!

We had tiramisu for dessert, which was again top notch.

We’ll be back for certain!

My mom and I recently popped in for brunch and were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. We avoided coming here for awhile but glad we gave Nuvolari’s another chance. The eggs benedict is honestly one of the best I’ve ever eaten.

Wonderful experience! Generous portions. Started with the wedge salad with Bleu cheese dressing, Followed by the crab cakes, then got the agnolotti pasta with crawfish, mushrooms, fava beans and ravioli stuffed with ricotta. Absolutely wonderful and divine! Becca, had the Redfish Piccata, with cauliflower and crabmeat on top. Waiter was just starting out, but on a very busy night, was very attentive and polite. Top notch! Would definitely return and recommend to dine at Nuvolari’s. Also a very nice seasonal menu that is always being updated. Thanks for the wonderful experience!
