I cannot stress how this is by far one of the best restaurants in the city! The scallop and shrimp ceviche with mango, avocado salsa is the best I’ve ever had. The chicken tinga tacos are to die for along with the chorizo fondue, birria tacos and shrimp diabolio! And the margaritas are perfect, not cheaply made and decorated to perfection. This is my new favorite spot on the city and it’s in a great location. And to finish we had the Panna cotta, reminds me just of my dads because it’s truly one of the best I ever had out to eat. Truly exceptional and the staff is welcoming, attentive and friendly! We love you all thank you so much for an incredible evening!

Went for Happy Hour based on previously read reviews. While it wasn’t a bad experience, I didn’t find it as good as presented. The service was 7/10 even though we sat at the bar. The initial drinks were so/so, but the second round was better. The food was good and well-cooked and prepared

This spot was really amazing!!! We had a really long day before coming here and the staff was unbelievably accommodating. The service was really fast, very friendly, lots of recommendations. The food came out very fast and was extremely fresh. I loved the corn tostada and the agua Chiles. The passion fruit margarita was excellent and had a tajin rim without asking which is just how I like it. I would 100% recommend this spot, the staff and the food make it really stand out. I will be back in the spring because the patio looks like it would be super cute to hang out on. Prices were also very reasonable for the quality and amount of food. Also I will say they went above and beyond to bring our kids food out first when our entrees were a little delayed. The fact that they noticed they were hungry and took the time to do that really makes me feel like the staff cares about service.

If I could live inside of this restaurant as a tiny mouse in the wall and eat little crumbs on the floor all day, that’s exactly how I would carry out my days. La Llorona is a hidden gem (maybe not but it’s fun to say that) and everyone should have a meal here. The staff at this restaurant is incredibly accommodating and makes your dining experience worth it! We’ve celebrated many birthdays here and they’ve been wonderful each time.

For drinks I tried their blue berry marg and red sangria. Both were super delicious. For a snack I tried their oysters and adored their presentation. Overall great experience, staff was very nice! Jose will take good care of you at the bar!

This was my second time visiting, and it won’t be my last! The food is delicious and beautifully presented, as are the drinks (I recommend the passion fruit margaritas). The staff is friendly and very attentive to every detail. The atmosphere and music are great! The only thing about the atmosphere is that both times I noticed a woman who seems to be a regular working on her computer, which I found strange since I don’t think that’s the right place for it and it makes me and my friends want to control our loud voices so we don’t disturb her, but other than that, everything has been excellent!!

My partner and I went for Valentine’s Day, and it was the start to a perfect night. The ambience was incredible with the low lighting, beautiful accent lights, and great music that really set a romantic mood. The service was on point all night. We started with the Tostadas de Cangrejo and had the arrachera tacos for our entrées. Everything was exquisite. The passion fruit margarita was amazing as always.

I was here last night with my employees for our holiday dinner. The food, drinks, service, atmosphere was fantastic. We enjoyed every minute of it. The presentation was beautiful, especially the cocktails. Delicious vegetarian options! Pedro our waiter was so attentive and kind. We ended up staying until closing! I can’t wait to go back.
