The pizza was overcooked and yucky. Lately Dominos has been unimpressive. Have big air bubbles typically. Said it was in ‘quality control’ forever, but really just sat there getting cold. Figured we’d try again because of the 50% off, but still not impressed. Bummer. Another restaurant we won’t order from again. Is there any good pizza out there? Sigh.

I am shocked at how good this Domino’s is. I waited until my second visit to make sure it wasn’t a fluke, and both times my order was correct, fast, and most importantly, delicious. I did curbside both times and it was easy and the staff was friendly. I’m genuinely very impressed with this location.

I waited 45 minutes for this pizza, initially I ordered online. Order DID NOT GET MADE ,When I arrived at the store the night time manager was very mad she had to make the order the lobby just closed so She made me wait outside for my order, then presented me with this. When I asked why the pizza was so sloppy made she said she will give a credit for next time then walked away. I left with the pizza because I had hungry kids waiting over 45 minutes to eat.

Worst Dominos ever. Placed an order online here a while back, show up and they say it will be an hour and a half for two pizzas and give me a refund. Give them another shot. Terrible.
The pizzas aren’t like other Dominos in town. The crust has no flavor like they aren’t using enough butter, sauce is skimpy, so is cheese. It’s like they are skimping ingredients to keep food costs down. What you get here isn’t Dominos, it’s like an off brand Save a Lot Dominos. Won’t be back. Sending a complaint to corporate as well, make the pizzas like every other Dominos where you get a decent pizza for the money.

I ordered online. They texted said it’s ready. I came pick up and they said they couldn’t find it, it may not have been make. Not even asking if it is ok to make it now, just said they are making it now and it would be ready in 15 minutes. Not even an apology.

I want to compliment the staff at this Hampden and Tower location, especially after what I witnessed tonight (Saturday 8/30; 8:30ish pm):
While many pizzas were coming out of the oven and a lobby filled with people, a complete psycho of a woman berated the manager because they waited an unfortunate long time for their pizza which wasnt correct I guess. Apparently she was hung up on too which I would assume is because of her super R rated language.
Here is some advice to this woman:
Learn how to speak to people with respect and maybe you’ll see the results you wanted. Treat people with kindness.
You should be ashamed of the way you behaved over a pizza!!!! I have never seen anything this despicable.
As this manager is trying to ensure that pizzas aren’t falling out of the oven and cutting them with super speed, this clown has the audacity to tell her she shouldn’t be a manager if she can’t handle the pressure!!
I would love to see this loudmouth do this job which is usually thankless and very demanding.
I applaude the crew here that has always been pleasant and made my experience very nice!
As this customer stormed out, she yelled that she won’t be coming back. I say for the best! I hate to think of how she treats restaurant servers and bussers if she bullies managers like this!

This was the nastiest pizza I have ever tasted at a dominos. I ordered 6 large boxes because the family had just gotten back from skiing and we were all tired and starving. I ordered 3 large’s that had cheddar, provolone , and parmesan on each one. They barely had any cheese on them and had air bumps everywhere. It was so dry and nasty. Not only that but the crust didn’t have any of the garlic butter sauce so it was extra dry and I felt like I was just eating dry burned bread. And one of the boxes had pineapples when on the order and the receipt , there was no pineapples on any of the boxes. I wanted to return back and give the pizzas back but everyone was too tired and too hungry and said they’d eat it because they couldn’t wait to order it again, then go pick it up, then come home. This shouldn’t happen and in the morning I will call and talk to the manager.

Decided to come here again after 4 years and the pizza and cookie brownie thing was pretty good and the pizza was nice and cheesy (jalapeno, provolone, cheddar toppings) so will average out to 3 stars since last time was a horrible 1 star experience.
