I saw the manager temping the food with a hot pot instead of actually temping the food, as someone who works in food service, this is seriously so careless and so disgusting to see. No reason for them not to have chicken at 9 PM. Went to a chipotle down the street where they had everything and their restaurant was clean.

Don’t order online at this location. They always skimp. Most my bowl was rice. 5-6 pieces of chicken, 5-8 grains of beans and couple tablespoon of the salsas. Happens allll the time at this location or I wouldn’t be writing this. never again!

Extremely disappointed! I placed an order online for pick up, really wanted to try the new honey chicken but… there was hardly any chicken in my bowl and it was fridge cold, my brown rice was really hard. I also asked for veggies and there was no veggies at all. It was supposed to have lettuce and there was about 5 strands of lettuce, not exaggerating… my guacamole was more of a half of an avocado. Best thing about it… my bowl was half empty! I wish I would’ve taken a picture or returned it but I was starving and had to go to work after.

Smallest portions of all chipotle restaurants I’ve been to, bad customer service expect to get 1/3 full bowl, you can get more meat out of a taco at any taco truck but here it cost $9.08 just for a 1/3 full bowl no soda, if you’re hungry stay away, I moved the lettuce so it looks more full but still you could see the bottom of the plate
