This local sports pub is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is always lively and welcoming, especially on game days, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about their customers. Great service, great food, and plenty of screens so you never miss a moment of the action. Whether you’re coming with friends or just grabbing a drink to watch the game, this place always delivers. Highly recommend supporting this fantastic local spot!

The atmosphere seemed inviting, and the bartender was friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant start to our visit. Unfortunately, our experience with the food didn’t match the initial impression. We ordered the Gilmore Chicken but were served severely burnt chicken bites instead. After raising the issue, the staff handled it courteously and removed the item from our bill, which we appreciated. Giving 3 stars for the good service and fair handling of the complaint, but the kitchen definitely needs more attention to quality.

Let’s start with the burger: WOW. Hands down one of the best I’ve ever had—not just in town, but anywhere. Perfectly grilled, juicy, and full of flavor, with a toasted bun that held up beautifully. You can tell they don’t cut corners here—this is a burger made with care, and it shows in every bite. Whether you’re a classic cheeseburger fan or you like yours stacked with toppings, Gilmore nails it.
But what truly sets this place apart is the customer service, especially from Matthew. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel genuinely welcome. Friendly, attentive, and on top of everything—Matthew went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. It’s rare these days to find someone who treats you like a regular even on your first visit, but that’s exactly what Matthew did. He’s a total pro and a big part of what makes Gilmore feel like home.
Great food, a laid-back vibe, cold drinks, and top-tier service—what more could you want from a sports bar?

This place is a true gem. The service, drinks, and food are all great. They have quality and value every step of the way.
The smash burgers are all good. (I’ve tried every one.)
The wings are the best around the Peoria area. I’ve tried all the other local spots and the chains too. The normal bone in wings aren’t the largest, but the taste is 10/10 and the price can’t be beat. $12 for 12 bone in every day! (I still need to try the jumbo smoked ones they have Wednesdays)

Burger was fantastic. Get the curly fries and pretzel bites and you won’t be disappointed. Tracy was a phenomenal bartender and willing to make new and different drinks. Great first experience and will love to come back.

We went to the Grand Opening night and the decor is real cool ,tv’s everywhere with sports on . The patio is super cool and relaxing area . Beer was cold and food was good as well , I recommend the tots and to top it all off they have a golf simulator as well. Get in here and be ready to have good time .

We went there to try it out and let just say it will be our last time going. My husband got the chilli dog and the corn salad they didn’t have any chilli or the corn salad so he got saurkraut and fries. They charged him for the that they shouldn’t have charged him. I got the loaded nachos and it was the worst nachos I had. The hamburger was plane no taco seasoning and the toppings was a joke you dont get hardly any toppings to cover it. Plus i wanted the cheese on the side so they put it on the it so they took it back and waited another 10 minutes for my food. I don’t recommend this place at all
