Their phone number does not work – it says it is disconnected. I was trying to confirm a bulk order I ordered online and there is no way to contact the store. They need to get it fixed or else people will think they are permanently closed.

Workers here are very rude they disrespect clients a manager should start addressing this situation. They mock clients when they are about to close laughing in clients face when they come and purchase and it’s about to close laughing in their face among them instead of being polite and apologizing that they are already closed. They’re never consistent with the food. It all depends who’s there at the time you visit. I went there once and my pretzel was so burnt I had to call the manager on the phone. Another time the food was great. If only the quality of the food stayed the same. Never consistent!!!!

An awful manager and an owner.
Let’s start from the beginning, shall we? An establishment that was great at one point, until you see what goes on behind the scenes. At this Wetzel Pretzel, the owner has a laundry list of things that should be clean, but he decides to simply hide it under the rug. He: doesn’t allow employers to fill out w-2 forms, doesn’t pay employers to earn overtime(imagine working 12 hours and all you earn is the work you did for 8 hours… Let this sink in for a bit), insults employers by calling them mentally retarded and disabled, takes tips away from the employers, won’t employ anyone unless you’re hispanic(as you see the wetzel pretzel lacks “diversity”) and he won’t hire you as well if you’re “fat”. This is an organization that allows owners such as himself to do this. Is this the type of franchise you would support? Discrimination and unequal opportunities for employers?
