If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was walking into the Chick-fil-A on ECU’s campus at the start of my morning before class, and the hospitality was terrible. A lady was cleaning the front doors while I was trying to come inside. I stood outside for a moment thinking she would open the door or at least let me in, but instead she yelled at me. I later realized I wasn’t the only person she had yelled at either. It was a really disappointing experience, especially considering Chick-fil-A is known for good customer service.

Worst service I have ever a received at a chik fil a. The workers always seem like that you’re inconveniencing them when you order your food. I’ve never been here without some part of my order being messed up. They serve food that has clearly been sitting out for at least 10 minutes. The bun shouldn’t disintegrate in my fingers when I pick it up because it’s so soggy from sitting out for 20 minutes. I’d expect this service from a Waffle House, not a chik fil a

This Chick-fil-a is the WORST chick-fil-a I have ever been to. There is no idea of customer service in the entire building. If it wasn’t for the logo everywhere I would’ve thought I was in a mcdonald’s. Grub hub app is always messed up and never works right. On top of that every time I order I can always count on them to screw up on atleast one of my items. Every time, without a doubt they will screw up so goodluck ordering from here. My screw up this time is a milkshake with a busted out bottom. It spilled all over the car so thank you chick-fil-a for never letting me down. Knew you would screw something up. Oh and no ketchup. just a little sprinkles on top.

The worst chick fil a Ive ever been to! I asked for “no iced” lemonade. They had filled up cups with ice. One of the staff put her hand (with gloves) inside the cup and tried to pour the lemonade into other cup preventing the ice going into the new cup. I said what are you doing? She said you said no ice. I got the lemonade wanted to drink it anyway but I saw a black thing in it. I take it back I say there’s something in it can you please change it? She starts to look inside the lemonade and says “ I don’t think there’s anything else except the lemonade” then I say I am not lying and I don’t want this. Another staff comes and changes it! This is a crazy place! Somebody needs to tell them not to put their hand inside the cup!!!!!!
