Decent fast food spot. The burger wasn’t bad, but that one giant chunk of onion completely threw off the taste. Other than that, pretty tasty overall — but yeah, $12 is pushing it. Place was clean, no mess around, and the location is convenient with easy parking.

They actually made me sit at the 1st window for 3 minutes, before letting me pull to the 2nd window… to better their times. I only ordered a whopper Jr, warm tomato & way too much mayo was the only flavor. Definitely not worth the money and time

Food was good, cashier was nice, manager was not.
A simple miscommunication about water cups versus small sodas could have been resolved with a simple question, or a polite reminder that the receipt showed they ordered water/asked if they wanted an up charge to soda.
The manager (I believe her name is Savanna) came out in a very aggressive unprofessional manner and started yelling at two ladies about them stealing, being on camera, having the receipt as proof.
The two ladies in question hardly had a chance to speak due the manager absolutely flying off of the wall over two small water cups. There were people in the lobby that witnessed it, as we’re exchanging looks on how ridiculous she had sounded and how unprofessional she was being.
She is not good for business and will for sure drive business out the door.
Moral of the story, if she is working.. be sure to speak clearly, be perfect and have no miscommunication or else you will set off a ticking time bomb.

It was not Burger King but the gas station next to it. The cashier whose name is Tammy was very rude accusing my fiance and me of stealing, then proceeded to lecture us both, we have gone here for years and all the other cashiers are great, we have never had a problem, I’ve never stolen anything and don’t like a complete stranger making accusations of anything if the sort

There’s this woman Kim at the knox,Indiana location who remembers my name the only one I feel who goes above and beyond everyone here normally nice I’ve had a few kinda rushed and rude cashiers but assistant Kim is by far the best I come back every time she’s in here! Can’t explain how nice and kind and collect she is!

I waited 10 minutes in the drive through to get to the speaker. I assumed they were busy and had fresh food being made for the lunch rush. However, I get to the window and we get our order only to find out the food is far from being hot, the medium onion rings weren’t even filled, rather they had as much that you would probably get in a value size and the onion rings were old. This location has its times when the food is good, but that comes down to the employees and their training. After about 15 minutes in the drive thru we got old, cold food and wasted $20 on a lunch that was far from worth it. They could have at least put napkins in the bag but they must be cutting costs somewhere between training and napkins

Needing to update review.. yesterday’s experience (1/26/2026) means the knox burger king will no longer get my business. Standing at the front counter waiting to be helped. 2 ladies in the store in the morning. Deliberately ignoring me. So after several minutes of them both seeing me a d refusing to acknowledge me, I ended up yelling at the top of my lungs asking if anyone was going to serve me… ignored again.. I left. This was about 7am

They pretty much closed whenever they want I’ve been there four different times now after I get off work at 12:30 I’m usually there by 12:45 Google says they don’t close until 1:00 but most of the time they say we’re closed already

Would give service 10/5 if I could! The staff treated me like a king, even offered a crown! I also got told that I rule, and so did the other costumer behind me! Food was given to me quickly, service was VERY fast!! The cashier told us that we rule, and that made our day.
