They came to an event I was working for my job on 8/20! All I can say is the smoothie that was made was spectacular. Someone that lives in the village I work for was walking by and had asked if I wanted to try Cannoli Stuffed Strawberry! She said it was to die for. It looked great but being that it was so hot and I was working the event, I needed to stay hydrated and let me tell you that smoothie hit the spot. Highly Recommend!!

I ordered plain cannolis and she put sprinkles on them. The lady gave me an attitude when I told her I did not want sprinkles on them. I figured I would give her another shot and in my second visit she insisted there were strawberries in the lemonade like the other customers had in their drinks. I asked the other customers if they saw strawberries they all said no. The same lady gave me an attitude and gave me a watered down lemonade with one tiny piece of a janky looking slice of strawberry. It tasted like spit. She told me I should be ashamed of myself for asking for a refund. Sorry, but she should be the one ashamed of herself for her poor customer service skills and messing up multiple orders.
UPDATE:
The owner has since contacted me and vehemently demanded that I remove the review, rather than apologize for her staff member’s unprofessional behavior.
POST RESPONSE UPDATE:
The response must not be from the same lady who came in trying to “intimidate” me into removing the review. This was a “mistake” that they need to learn from because small businesses or not. There were witnesses to the incidents on both days.
