The milk in my drink was overheated, which completely changed the taste of the coffee.
I asked for a remake, but it was made the same way again — the milk was still overheated.
Also, medium-size cups were not available at the time of my order.
I paid $8 for a drink that was not made to standard. Very disappointing experience.

I was very tired and in need of coffee the other day and Phil greeted me with a huge smile. He made me feel seen and his energy and positive attitude put me in the best mood. He is amazing!!

Ordered a hot cocoa with 1/2 almond milk and 1/2 coconut milk as I’m allergic to dairy. Saw barista scooping whipped cream off the top. Had to ask for a new drink made from scratch.
Staff made me feel like a problem. Remade the drink but they didnt seem to care to understand that if I hadn’t seen it happen I would have walked out with a drink that would have made me terribly terribly ill. You can’t mess around with stated food allergies. Those drinks should always be remade from scratch. I wasn’t mean or rude, but I was scared….and that’s not how I want to spend precious Starbucks time or dollars.
Left with a beverage I’m still afraid to drink because I think its the same cup and would like it refunded.

Today is October 3, 2025 1 PM. I stop by and get a sandwich on the way back to work. Got my sandwich is frozen coal. Cannot eat have to turn around on Colorado blvd traffic terrible make me late to go to work and when I tell the Employee there did not say sorry or apologize. They acting very cool about what they have done to the cold sandwich that people cannot eat. This is waste of the time of people they need to make sure check the food not frozen before sell to customers.

Since when did iced drinks become 90% ice? I ordered a grande iced latte and it was gone within one sip. Starbucks has become way to overpriced for mediocre, watered down, wayyy to much ice drinks. The only good thing about this was the friendly barista.

Phil just made my day with his positive attitude! This has been my neighborhood Starbucks for a few years and is generally consistent and has great people/management. I feel like the Starbucks drive thru, especially the morning shift, takes a very unique person. Phil is the ideal – positive AND genuine … and awake. Sometimes I’m like how are these people surrounded by caffeine and asleep/grumpy taking my order. Kudos to Phil!

I left a book signing and wanted a drink before I drove back to the springs. I didn’t check the hours. I showed up, the door was unlocked. I ordered. They were so nice and friendly. I didn’t realize that they were closed when I walked in. They didn’t say anything and they were beyond friendly. Shout out to the woman working the counter tonight
