Delicious and smooth! Loved this place! Saw top reviews for it and they’re right! Excellent service! So many choices, combinations, and specials they continuously run. There’s only two of these highly rated locations in the country! Great any time of the season! Fun decor. Tables outside. Can get crowded off and on throughout the day. They have seasonal hours, so check as their operating hours change through the year.

Finally made it here after a few attempts during spring from a Disneyland trip with no luck.
Came here on a mid weekday 10.22.25.
There was a decent amount of customers in line along enjoying some Joe’s Italian ice on a beautiful sunny day. Don’t let the long lines push you away. The lines move pretty fast!
Associate are So friendly even when everyone asks for multiple samples. They are So patient.
The ice is made with actual real fruit. It’s perfect blend of sweetness and oh so satisfying! The custard ice cream is perfect topping. Really creamy and is sweet.
The joelatti is a must. The best combo w your Italian ice. My preference.
Majority all of their flavors are delicious! Can’t go wrong with anything here.
Our go to is
~ Badabing Cherry
~ Watermelon
~ cotton Candy
~ creamsicle
The Italian ice cream shop was filled w nicely Halloween props and decor to go with the holiday theme.
I love how This business is so family oriented. Close on Christmas Eve, major big holidays. The day before thanksgiving or Xmas Eve. They tend to be running specials like buy 2 quarts get 1 quart free.
The best time to stock up your freezer! I enjoy it on movie nights at home. Follow them on social media for daily/holiday specials. They offer stamp cards as
Parking is a bit small and hard to find here especially on a weekend or busy event/holiday season. You’ll get parking. Might just have to wait a little.

My family and I have been here multiple times usually after Disneyland. Love to get the Joe latta that way you get best of both worlds. Soft serve and Italian ice in one cup gotta get cherry flavor though. Service is great and the atmosphere is amazing tons of signage and just fun. Also line can get a lil crazy but well worth it.

Soft ice cream (we tried vanilla) is good, creamy and not too sweet. We tried the root beer float this time. we liked it. The shaved ice is interesting, you might be wanting to try once if you haven’t had once, however it’s too sweet for us. In general, it’s big portion even its regular one, for us we shared with 4 people. Parking is limited, but people come and go pretfy quick after finishing the ice, or find parking on the road side also possible.

This is a great treat right outside Disneyland Park. It reminds me a lot of Rita’s, only better! They mash up ice cream, Italian, ice, toppings, all to make delicious cold treats! We love the ice cream centered Italian ices. Beware that this place gets extra busy with long lines! Go early before people get out of the park. You definitely won’t regret a trip here!

Well subjectively, the Italian ice is just ok to us. Sure we only tasted 3 items, but they were blah and uninspired as far as taste.
We prefer Hawaiian snow cone flavors without the ice cream. The closest we get to the taste is the snow shack located in Bakersfield which is now only seasonal. There is also a little candy store north of yuba city in the town of Live Oak that offers a good selection of snow cone flavors.
Joe’s Italian ice is a good substitute in the orange county area of Disneyland, but it’s not all that for us. We look for the small mom and pop places.

As someone who grew up on the east coast who lives in CA now , I long for some good water ice and I finally found this place and it was fantastic, honestly some of the best water Ice ive ever had , the consistency was perfect and the soft serve was delicious , it’s a little pricey but I think it’s well worth it

Long lines, fast service, DELICIOUS ice cream. So many options to choose from and such wild flavors. And by wild I mean flavors I only thought I’d be interested in, like Cap N Crunch. Hardly in the area but for all you Disney lovers, end the day with such a great treat.

It could be crowded at times, but I think is worth it. It is on the pricey side, but that is what one would expect on this location, close to the hotels, lots turísts and teens.
The quality of the product is very consistent on the good side, always clean, very organized.
The kids at the counter find clever ways to encourage tips, but don’t enforce it, which is nice.
Staff is very friendly and efficient.
The only complaint I have is that, because is good, there is always a line, but even the line could seem long, they move fast.
Totally recommended.

We are travelling from Canada and Joes is by far the most delicious Italian ice we have ever had. Wonderful staff and lots of flavours. No wonder this place is packed! Thank you for ending our day with a slam dunk!
