Okay so I got there a little after nine and immediately I loved this place due to Ivan being so accommodating. He had already shut down the section and had cleaned everything up, but was offering to fix it up and sit us there. I told him the bar was fine and went sat there. The place was pretty empty by this time and the bartender Dustin made me a special drink at my request lol, a strawberry Martini lol. He hand cut strawberries and made my drink. Which was DELICIOUS. I was 100% sold on this place just based off of those two individuals, and I hadn’t even tried the food yet. The kitchen made room for us and allowed us to order tapas. We literally shut the place down and were the only two people in there. Ivan and Dustin are hilarious and kept me laughing, very personable people and I will definitely be back to see the them. The food was amazing, I mean amazing! This was my first time here and I’m super impressed. Such a great place with great people working there.

I visited this location on 1/23/26 around 7:30 pm with my child and requested a booth. I was told one was being cleaned for us. While it was being cleaned, a couple who arrived after us was seated at that same booth.

When I asked about it, I was told that someone had already paid and they were waiting for them to leave, which did not align with the fact that the booth had just been cleaned and reassigned.

We were eventually seated at a six-top booth, which was fine. The restaurant was very busy, but service was extremely slow to the point where I began to wonder if my order had been forgotten. The food did arrive hot and fresh and was a solid 9/10, but the extended wait made me feel like I was not a priority.

I ordered a Casamigos shot that was priced at $18.00, which felt like an unnecessary upcharge. That concern was compounded by the drink quality, as it tasted watered down, as if it had been shaken with ice. For that price point, the quality did not match the cost, and I do not recommend ordering drinks here.

Due to the seating situation, slow service, and drink quality, I won’t be returning.

Found this spot after someone did a review about it on social media. I experienced everything in their critique. Very nice ambiance with great service and really good food. What I will say is that the portion of food came out smaller than what I had expected. This is not a complaint honestly because anyone who is trying to watch their weight and portion size will love that this place doesn’t give you too much all at one time. I finished my apps and main course with room left over and not feeling stuffed. This time I didn’t order any alcohol but their drink menu did sound really good. The only critique I can give that I wasn’t too fond of is how chilly it was in there. Thankfully I had a sweat suit on otherwise I would have been really cold. Other thant that this place was amazing and I definitely want to come back again.

Came in tonight to have dinner with my husband. We sat at the bar, we took advantage of the Thursday special ($10 old fashions!!!!!) It was Carley, the bartenders birthday, and she was so much fun to have as our host. There aren’t a lot of people who can carry on a conversation while being busy but she held it down and kept us entertained the entire time. The drinks were great, food was awesome and the rest of the staff was amazing as well. We live close by and came in last minute to try it out. We will be returning very soon. Happy birthday Carley!

We had a reservation for 10 People on Valentine’s Day. We knew it would be busy — we’ve all worked those nights. But we did not expect how the evening unfolded. From the moment we were seated, everything felt like it was unraveling.
Our table was set for 8 instead of 10. I told the hostess, and she said she’d be right back to fix it as she set the pile of menus on the table. She never returned. We pulled chairs from another table and handled it ourselves.
Our Drinks took nearly an hour to arrive, which set the tone for the rest of the evening. Most guests don’t mind waiting on a busy night as long as they have drinks at the table. In a restaurant with a full bar, beverage service is critical, and it was the largest delay of the night. Our appetizers came out before any beverages. Realizing how far behind the bar seemed to be, we ordered a second round with our appetizers to try to ensure we would have drinks with dinner. Over an hour later, those drinks still hadn’t come out. Someone at our table eventually had to get up and ask for them. Mixed drinks arrived before bottled beers.
Entrées were not delivered as a complete table. Plates came out in waves — 2 at a time, 3 at a time, 1 at a time. This was happening throughout the dining room, even at tables of 2 where 1 person was eating while the other waited.
By 8:00pm, the restaurant was already out of 3 What do you specials and 2 regular menu items. Several of us had to change our orders because the items we selected were no longer available. We were encouraged to try a specialty cocktail By the owner‘s wife which was named after her mother only to be told it was unavailable when ordered.
NoDessert followed the same pattern — 4 were ordered and only 3 arrived. A glass of wine that we were told would be removed from the bill was not taken off and was only corrected because we brought it to their attention before leaving.

For a party of 10 with automatic gratuity (no Issues with the gratuity) and a bill in excess of $1,000, guests should not have to rearrange tables, chase drinks, monitor missing food, and double-check billing.
We all understand how restaurants operate, and we are not quick to complain. The only management presence we saw was the owner briefly greeting guests at the front door when we arrived. Beyond that, there did not appear to be anyone overseeing the dining room when service was clearly struggling.
The only positive aspect of the evening was the company we were with, and the fact that when food did arrive, it was very good — even though some of us did not receive what we originally ordered due to items being unavailable.

Honestly, the way the evening was handled was Very disappointing to say the least.

Very disappointed with our Valentine’s Day experience at Tap & Vines! What makes it worse I sent an email to corporate and haven’t received any touch point back! Will never recommend or dine here again!

Below is how our experience unfolded as we also had a 5:00pm reservation!

We made reservations two weeks in advance because we were genuinely excited to try the restaurant after hearing great things from friends. Unfortunately, the evening was extremely disorganized from the moment we arrived.

There were multiple couples waiting to be seated while the hostesses were openly arguing with each other about what to do. We watched guests without reservations get seated ahead of those who had booked in advance. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were told we could either sit at the bar or share a table with other guests who didn’t have reservations on Valentine’s Day.

Service during dinner did not improve the experience. Our waitress only checked on us twice, and our meals arrived before our drinks. While we understand holidays are busy, the issues felt less about volume and more about poor communication and lack of coordination. Staff were yelling across the restaurant, which took away from what should have been a special evening.

It was disappointing, especially given how much we were looking forward to celebrating there. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and improves holiday operations in the future.

We came for the Queen’s Feast during restaurant week and had a fantastic experience. It was great to try multiple things on the menu, and the service was exceptional. Carly, Bernice and Alex were great. We had a great espresso martinis and lemon drop martinis. The house desserts were also great. Tres Leches, cheese cake and creme brulee were great.

Came here for a bite with my girlfriend after moving to the neighborhood looking for a new spot. Carly was amazing, great service and engagement. What was initially intended to be a dinner ended with multiple new friends and an extra two hours hanging at the bar. Highly highly recommend!

We chose Tap & Vine for a date night because of the live entertainment, and we were not disappointed. The food and service were excellent—especially the lobster bisque and tuna. While my wife felt the lobster ravioli wasn’t the best she’s had, it was still good. Sophie, our waitress, was fantastic and made the evening even more enjoyable. The entertainment was great as well—easygoing, jazzy favorites that were perfect for a Friday date night. Being in our neighborhood, we look forward to returning for future events like dueling pianos and the upcoming cabaret. Definitely worth a visit!
