Walked in and was greeted but not welcoming and the inside looks clean. Ordered the 3 piece of chicken with a biscuit. The chicken looked good but… The chicken is seasoned good but it was very cold, the mac and cheese was disgusting and cold as well but the biscuit was the only thing that was good even cold. For almost 11 dollars it should have came with a drink. Definitely would not go back. would not go back unless the food is hot but i doubt it

Food look looked fresh but when they get your order they search thru to see whats been sitting there to get out first. I orderd a 3 chicken tenders comobo with potato wedeges. To my surprise i got 4 wedges that look old too jusy like the chicken. All that good stuff for 12 bucks. Sure never buying here again.

We came in at 3:30pm and they had a few tenders sitting my husband asked the caucasian cashier lady with no teeth how long before they drop fresh tenders & she said they just changed the grease so it will be about 10mins. He said ok, Clearly I’ll wait because I want fresh tenders. She said ok. We waited and the whole crew could see we were waiting. We waited extra time and my husband asked low much longer before the tenders are ready? The lady said “Oh we are out of tenders.” Husband asked what do you mean, I have been waiting all this time for tenders. Cashier looked at the black guy with the mask and he said “Oh yea we out of tendas.” I’ll said it’s only 3:45pm and y’all are already out and we have been waiting this whole time and neither 1 of you thought you should let us know. Cashier said I thought you said potatos. We had been on the road ️ for a while so we went ahead and got a large potato wedge. A lot of the wedges were stuck together and not done in the middle. While sitting down and eating my husband heard the man with the mask say oh we got some more tenders in the back. Bad Customer Service and No acknowledgement of the carelessness.

I was in Dublin and saw Chester’s Chicken at the Love’s Truck Stop. I walked expecting some of their delicious fried chicken and those awesome biscuits. There is a lady standing there in front. There’s no chicken on site, anywhere. I asked, y’all frying the chicken and she said they were out of chicken. I asked if y’all were sold out and she said, that they had no chicken at all.
How does a chicken place not have chicken.
That’s like going for pizza at a major pizza establishment and they have no dough.

Tried the fried chicken while driving down to Savannah. The fried chicken was okay at best. Neither the best nor the worst fried chicken I’ve eaten, just alright. I was able to get my food out really fast so that’s something. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a restaurant attached to gas station.

I’m still very confused and outraged about what happened today at this place.
I encountered a server named Tim, who was just straight rude and ill-mannered to begin with. Not my first time to get disrespected at restaurants as an Asian male, so I get this part.
The bizarre and unpleasant part was when he seemed to have gotten angry at me and refused to serve me when I asked him for something he forgot with my order.
I tried to be patient with him although he was being rude and didn’t get my order right. I really don’t know what I’d had possibly said to him to make him that upset, he had to yell at the paying customer. He was fairly nice with everyone else, even after the incident, so I can’t help thinking he was a racist.
I immediately made a complain to the manager who he identified as a manager, surprisingly she didn’t seem to care at all.
The Chester’s and Love’s as well, please train your staff properly. I am not white or black, or born in the USA, but have been proudly serving this country for last 16 years with multiple deployments. I don’t deserve this kind of mistreatment.

Stopped there on 4/11/24 between 7-7:30. My potato wedges were old, cold, and tasted rotten. They made me sick on the stomach. My chicken tenders were ok but nothing to right home about.
