Excellent. I loved it so much the first time I had it I went back the same day and got it again. The price is great and the food is incredible. I had the lasagna and the ultimate sampler. One of those places where I was so full but couldn’t stop eating. The staff is friendly and attentive. As soon as someone leaves a table they clean it. Fazolis is my paradise. Drive-thru Italian.. it really doesn’t get any better than this.

I have been to this restaurant a few times with okay experiences. The food has been good, although the wait times are kind of long. However, my last visit has me a little wary of revisiting. The wait was very long to start with and I ordered two of their specialty pasta dishes, a family side salad, and some breadsticks. The salad that was served was soggy, disgusting, and looked like it was pre-made days ago. You couldn’t tell the difference between what was cheese or carrots, and the lettuce was brown and falling apart (pictures included for reference). If they are able to serve a salad in this state it makes me wonder what other shortcuts they are taking with the rest of their food.

We received coupons in the mail for Fazolis so we decided to go for lunch. The staff was very friendly , Corinthia & Tasha was amazing at recommending the best dish to try, we saved quite a good deal from Kids night out (Tuesdays) and it was very festive from the decorations they put up.
Yal they have a smart tv in the lobby so we watched a movie during a visit. Will definitely be back for a quick cheap lunch. 10 stars if possible !!

I beg to differ. The meatballs were tough. The pasta was cold but not overcooked. That’s a plus.
The sauce, I wasn’t in love. Almost a sausage type spice. I like a sweeter marinara and spicy with the meat sauce. This marinara was pretending to be a sauce.
Breadsticks were soaked in butter but good. Not over salty like some places

This was our first visit to the Jacksonville Fazolis. We have been to a Fazolis in Bloomington, Indiana. My husband had a Spicy Sausage and Penne Bowl. It was really good! I had the Chicken Carbonara. It was excellent! My husband had the Caesar Salad, and I had the House Salad. We also tried the Pepperoni Breadsticks. They were also great! They have a Rewards Program if you download the app. You also get a freebie loaded onto your account for downloading the app and signing up. I am glad Fazolis has come to Jacksonville. This may become my new favorite place to eat!

We had to wait for a good 10min for our order to be taken and there was no one in the drive thru then another 10min to get the food but lemme tell u it was SO worth it… the shrimp bake and breadsticks are amazing…
Update- we went again today with no one in line again and waited 25min… there was a guy in the kitchen no mask, toothpick in his mouth that he kept touching and his drink on the food service counter… the lady when I would say something wouldn’t acknowledge me…we didn’t get our celery sticks with the boneless wings and we had to ask for ranch since we weren’t asked what sauce for the boneless bites…

Ordered online for pickup. Entire order was messed up, then they kept making excuses. Got home and what they corrected was still wrong. I called back to let them know and staff member yelled at me and was sooo rude! NEVER AGAIN. Food was dried out and subpar.
