Visited Etta’s this morning and it was soo good! I have never had fresh squeezed apple juice before and now I need to buy my own juicer because it was delicious! Food was good, service was good. A little pricey, but worth it. We will be back.

Apologies for the photo. I was hit by an epiphany that I should review after I started eating and realized how good the food tasted. The rice was just right, i like my steak medium to well (sorry steak lovers, i am a Caribbean man). The potatoes flavourful and cooked to perfection. The gravy also tasted great with green beans so delectable. I enjoyed every bite. Would definitely recommend.

I wish we lived closer so we could go all the time. Best breakfast in Windsor hands down. You will not have an overpriced breakfast that is mediocre quality here. Amazing food. The service was fantastic and the waitress and cook were so sweet with my toddler. I can’t wait to go back for potato pancakes. Toddler approved.

I had a hearty and healthy breakfast this morning. Thanks to you! Never had a good one for as long as I remember. And I was glad I did. So the one I ordered was Gyro omelette. potato pancakes and buttered toast w/ carrot juice. The serving was huge for me but hey as long as I can take out whatever I can’t have not a problem at all. Haneen is the nicest of nice. She had this pleasant manner that will really make your day. She even let me stayed after my meal, after of course asking her if I could, and joked that I can stay even until their closing.

Be careful to review your bill here. I ordered potato pancakes that was supposed to come with sour cream (online menu says $4.99 for the pancakes, $0.75 for sour cream) and 2 eggs (online menus says 1 egg = $1.25 but I was charged $12.85 for a full breakfast) for a total of $21.28 incl tax. Then I was offered the “$20 cash” option, which raised concerns the restaurant is evading taxes but I gave the guy the cash. I didn’t look at my bill until I got home due to being rushed. Since this was in November, I kept the bill to make this review then destroyed it, not expecting a place with weird accounting to ask me to bring it in. Disappointing experience because I love potato pancakes but dislike being ripped off. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Etta’s is easily one of the best breakfast places in the city. They actually season their food so everything comes out with so much flavour. They have a lot of options on their menu and many vegetarian friendly breakfast options. We also greatly appreciate that they’re so accommodating to kids. They offer colouring books and crayons and don’t seem annoyed by children being in the restaurant. They also offer a large free chocolate chip pancake for kids. The staff are so friendly and the food is very reasonably priced given the large portion sizes. The coffee is also good and it’s always hot and they’re prompt to refill it.

This place is a true Windsor gem! We visited for breakfast this weekend, and we’re already planning to return regularly. The food portions are generous and absolutely delicious. I enjoyed the casserole, my boyfriend had an omelette, and my mom chose the two eggs and meat combo, swapping the potatoes for potato pancakes—a decision that was definitely worth it.
The cook, who may happen to be the owner, personally came to our table to greet us. It’s clear that they take the time to get to know their customers, making everyone feel welcome and valued. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality and portion size.

We ate here about 3 years ago and it was pretty good. We had it again tonight and it was terrible. I sent the lemon chicken rice soup back. Tasted like chemicals and had nothing in it. No chicken or rice. The food itself was just bland, the chicken souvlaki looked and tasted like it was boiled rather than grilled. No flavour, the rice was the best part. The potatoes were bland. It was supposed to come with veggies but there was none. The Greek salad had hardly any lettuce. My wife had the chicken shawarma and said it was meh. I won’t be back.
