Me and my friend did the power lunch! You get your choice of meat, a side soup and salad and you get rice!!! I got a dirty bull, and it was SO GOOD. Abel tended us and he was great! And I got a cook who’s been here for over 20 years!!! Experience was 10/10.

We had an amazing experience at Benihana thanks to our waiter/bartender, Jesse. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, & genuinely made us feel welcome. He checked on us often without ever being overbearing, made great drink recommendations & remembered all the little details of our order perfectly. Jesse was upbeat, professional, & had a great sense of humor that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Because of him, we’ll definitely be coming back & asking for Jesse by name!

This place used to offer a lunch menu every day, but now it’s only available Monday through Friday. Our server today showed us another menu option for $39 per person that includes an appetizer and an entrée, which was great. The food is always consistently good, and the portions are huge. I always end up asking for a to-go box. I usually avoid the hibachi tables since I don’t want to sit with strangers, so I stick to the area near the bar. It can get pretty busy and hard to get a table without a reservation, but it’s usually easier if you’re just looking for a regular table.

We had the time of our lives today. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, they made us feel like family. Our server Abel was very attentive. The Chef and Noel were fantastic too. The food was excellent and we were so impressed with the overall environment, great teamwork. Our experience was meaningful and memorable. To see my husband have so much joy meant so much to me. Really enjoyed this restaurant inside Mall of America! They offer a great variety of delicious food and drinks, and the customer service was super friendly. What makes it unique is the chef cooking right at your table—it’s a fun and memorable experience. The only downside is that the prices are a bit on the higher side, but overall worth trying

I initially stopped in for a quick dinner. I ordered the fried rice with the filet mignon but I was soooo disappointed with the meat portion size. The filet costs extra which is fine but literally only 4 small pieces with some smaller pieces. This was almost $30 if I remember right, so I asked the lady and she said it’s pre portion es out but I could pay extra for more. So I paid extra then after about 15 minutes they came and told me they were out of the filet migon. But they could substitute for a different beef that carried. Fine but it took another 10 minutes, she apologized and said they forgot about it. So I asked them to reheat the food since it was sitting for so long waiting for the extra meat. Overall my worst experience at a Benihanas.
