Now, this particular •”Dunkin’ Donuts”• Store is my Local Neighborhood Store. Located just a mire few blocks away from My.House.
With this •”Dunkin’ Donuts”• Location being just mire blocks away from my House, I’ve frequented this Dunkin’ establishment a handful amount of times each and every month_(Approx. 4‐6 a month). So, I’ve witnessed this Location multiple times using both options_(In-Store_&_Drive- Thru).
So I write this review with a greater understanding of the daily Service you could expect to receive upon walking through the doors @ Dunkin’ Donuts Amsterdam | 160 Church Street.
The ‘Food’ you’ll receive will be the same ‘Great’ tasting Dunkin’ food you could fine at every store. No Food Complaints.
The Atmosphere at this Location has always been Top-Notch. Friendly staff, nicely Decorated interior but most importantly, always very clean inside of this Dunkin’ store.
Only downside to my neighborhood Dunkin’ Donuts is that sadly do indeed receive better service when you choose to head inside the Dunkin’ Store for your visit, instead of using the Drive-Thru for your visit. The problem with the Drive-Thru service are the very long wait times. Sometimes the Drive-Thru wait can be so long that you start to think that perhaps they’ve forgotten that your outside sitting in your car waiting for order. The simple solve for the Drive-Thru problem is just to head inside to place your order.

Been here a couple times in the last two days, meant to do a review yesterday but forgot to so I came back again to make sure the vibe I got was right.
And it was.
This place is very clean, the employees are actually nice and friendly, and the doughnuts are the best tasting Dunkin doughnuts I have had in years. (not that I frequent DD, but my office often brings in boxes of the stuff)
Would recommend to anyone who wants a tasty treat.

My honest opinion is … The place was filthy.I mean Filthy…. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. Everything looked gross the coffee levers were all caked in some sort of grime. Looked like coffee. The donut display case had garbage and old dirty crumbs in it…Gross, Just Gross… The service was terrible and slow and not very friendly.

We walked in for coffee mid afternoon, Thursday, September 11. Four guys were behind the counter 10 minutes later nobody had served us. When I asked, was anybody serving one kid said it’ll take a minute we have to get a cash drawer.- Another two minutes went by with no service and we walked out! I hope whoever owns this franchise reads this review.

Been going to this coffee shop in my neighborhood for over 30 years. The last 3 years it has been the worst Duncan donuts on this planet!!!…slow service and constantly screwing up simple drink orders…pathetic!

I arrived at the counter at 3 pm to place my order. After standing there 5 minutes I asked the two people who had been processing drive through the drive through orders if counter was open. A young man, piped up and said “We’ll be there in a few minutes we’re busy. “. A minute later he arrived and at 3:06 took my order of a large iced matcha and a single order of hash browns. After processing a few donut orders and drinks I got my drink the same time as the lady behind me Still no hash browns. At 3:15 pm Divan rang out another set of people out for donuts. I said “what about my hash browns?”. His response was “can’t you see we are busy here?”. I asked for a refund as it should not take that long for a side order of hash browns. I got $1.50 back but he never apologized. I as a paying customer just supposed to accept it. Sorry but This is unacceptable. Never mindy tea was made terribly. This location is a disgrace and insult to the company standards. I hope a health inspector comes in a sees the huge pile of food on the floor in the prep area.

I enjoy going to Dunkin’ Donuts on church street in Amsterdam ny everyone there is so nice and it’s always fast paced whenever I get my food/beverage I have patience so for this to be that quick is really good! I recommend. America runs on Dunkin’.

The worst dunkin or even coffee shop in general ive ever been to. The girl at the front desk was trying her best but the old blonde woman in charge was too busy flirting with some maintenance man to actually train her. When she did give her 5 seconds of her time she rang in a tornado twist which they didnt even have available. I didnt bother asking for a refund because there’s no way any of them knew how to do one.
