This is hands down the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, and Ive had plenty to compare. I get 0 spice. It has enough flavor without killing my taste buds. Everyone I know loves Chucks. Ignore these bad reviews. My only complaint is its freezing inside the building and sometimes you gotta fight other customers for 1 of the 4 tables inside.

Possibly the worst wings I’ve ever witnessed. The accursed jumbo wing is the bane of the entire chicken industry. These grotesque, oddly textured, flavorless, abominations shouldn’t even exist. Bigger is NOT better. I couldn’t even eat half of a wing before calling it quits. 0/10 clucks

The strips were OKAY. Chewy and overcooked but great flavor. 4.9/10 clucks. 3 of these for $10 is a crime.

One thing this place does extremely well, however, is the ranch. 10/10 homemade ranch.

If you want actual high quality Nashville style hot chicken then go to Grace Meat + Three or Gus’s. I would STRONGLY advise not wasting your money here.

I decided to cash in my $5 coupon they sent me for my birthday. I still ended up paying $8 for just a sandwich. Why is everything so expensive?!?

I ordered the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich, level 1 Mild and I added a scoop of coleslaw. I placed my order online and I had to pick a sauce. I went with the honey sriracha aioli. This sandwich was mid at best and I should have went with level 2 spice. I did enjoy the pickles, they were a great size and tasted fresh. I do not have to go back but it was okay. I am not disappointed but not worth the price to in my opinion.

Upon arrival you’ll find a small dining room and front counter designed around ordering a quick Nashville Chicken Sandwich to go, from an energetic team. The interior and exterior design has a fun focus on their raison d’etre, hot chicken. I ordered 3 Nashville Chicken sandwiches, heat levels 3, 5, and 6 and some fries. To preface Chuck’s offers a Nashville Hot Chciken, which is not really comparable to buffalo chicken, as the meat is usually marinated and dredged, then fried in spices, rather than just a basic fried chicken filet that’s sauced up. That said Chuck’s is truly a delight, and one of the few places doing Nashville Hot sandwiches right in the area. The seasoning on all the sandwiches had a nice combo of salty and spicy flavoring. They also offer a heat level 1 for those not interested in exploring the spicier side of life, but that’s not the point for the namesake here. That said, the level 3 will be plenty of seasoning and heat for your average person (1.5 out 10 on my heat scale), the level 5 offers a bit more heat coming closer to a scotch bonnet or habenero (2 out of 10 on my heat scale), now when I say the level 6 is something special and chili head spicy, I mean it(6 out of 10 on my heat scale). I’m almost positive there’s both reaper pepper and pepper extract used in the marinating and dredging process of the 6, many kudos to Chuck’s on offering a true chili head offering. The fries had a nice crunchiness and were lightly seasoned. Overall I highly recommended Chuck’s for their Nashville Chicken sandwich offerings. A true nice change of pace if you’re looking to add a little spice to your day.

The food was tasty enough, the level 1 spice was almost non existent, the level 2 spice definitely was what I was expecting the level 1 to be. So maybe go up a level in spice from what you’re expecting.

Excellent pickles.

Tasty seasoned fries with some excellent ketchup.

The quality of the ranch dressing was solid, but the portion for the amount of chicken was pretty sad.

About an hour after eating the chicken the grease bomb that this food is says hello.

Their chicken is pretty good. But they’re complete absolute garbage customer service negates however good their chicken is. Your food has to taste a whole whole whole whole whole whole whole lot better to be so shitty to your customers. The only places i’ve ever received more aggressive and rude customer service, were the places that you pay for them to be rude to you like Karen’s diner.

My son and I went here for the first time. We heard about it from a friend. I had the hot chicken sandwich and my son had the Chicken and Waffles. Wow, it was all great. I chose the 2 level heat and my son had the 3 level heat. It was just hot enough for the kick. The atmosphere was good. The service was great. We will be back. And, we got the funnel cake fries for desert. Yummy
My son and I went here again today. We both had the Hot Chicken sandwich, level 3. Wow, the perfect heat. I also had the Mac n cheese, yummy. My son had the Street Corn, loved it. We will be back.

GOOOOOOD chicken! And the fries are really good too! It’s small inside but there are a few tables for dining in. Laid-back and casual. You order at one of the kiosks. Service was fast! It’s my son’s new favorite place!

Chicken not cooked properly strips were overcooked. Wings batter falling off and wing very tough as if fried from frozen. The street corn was the worst attempt I’ve ever had. 1st and last time coming. Threw half of order away it was that bad. Customer service at the counter was the only plus.

Interesting place. Good tunes, bitcoin ATM inside, a sign telling you they sell pickle juice, another one letting you vote with a tip between different ideas. Chicken was subpar, dry and the breading wasn’t stuck well to the chicken. The pepperjack cheese wasn’t even thinking about melting. Decent flavor on the lvl 3 sauce which I didn’t think packed much heat. Fries are those good crispy ones. Chucks sauce is very honey mustardy, not sure what else they do but it falls below chick fil a sauce and their chicken standards by a decent amount for about 50% more cost. The chicken is definitely thicker but they didn’t play it right.
