Came in from out of town with approximately 200 students. Staff accommoded and had all food necessary for all to enjoy. Manager and staff working did excellent job getting large order together in a friendly and timely manner. Would definitely return to this location. Great job guys…

“I recently tried the Thanksgiving Turkey sandwich at Firehouse Subs, and it was absolutely delicious! The turkey was flavorful and tender, and the combination of ingredients was well-balanced without being overpowering. The portion size was generous, and the bread was fresh and complemented the filling perfectly. Overall, it was a satisfying and hearty sandwich that exceeded my expectations. This location doesn’t a very poor job at anything. 5 separate visits last year the drive thru simply could not make a cherry limeade that was just cherry flavor. I mentioned multiple times to usually the same girl working. She said it is the manager’s favorite drink so it should be perfect. I don’t think she was taught how to make a proper drink. She was always very nice though.
My complaint today is a few things that stack. The price is significantly more expensive than any other sandwich shop in town then have the audacity to ask customers to round for donation. Yeah sure i guess. Then when I’m paying for a too expensive sandwich the kid at the window now hands out the card reader say it’s going to ask me a question. A TIP! For what? Doing your job? Taking my money? Handing me what i paid for? Not a chance. Maybe your employer shouldn’t have scraped my change for “donations” before i even leave the menu. Can’t even say “keep the change” with companies like this. Then i proceeded to wait 10 minutes for a predetermined sandwich from the menu. There wasn’t much convenience here. For the price I’ll just go to a local dine in restaurant. I won’t be coming back to this location.

First time EVER eating and WOW… I couldn’t believe how professional and how quickly my pickup came out and how much food I got in ONE SUB. It was truly amazing and I would recommend y’all eat out and try signing up for rewards ( cheaper prices) and also order ahead of time and make sure you pick it up 4-5 minutes early because it can come out allot faster then pickup time, anyways God bless y’all and have a good day ✝️

Ordered 2 sandwiches. Meatball add pepperoni(which i was charged for)and an Italian. Both extra cheese. No extras on the meatball except for the pepperoni. Which there was none. I haven’t checked the Italian to see if it’s correct. Simple order….well at least I thought it was. I’m working and staying in Seminole. Don’t want to make the trek back to get it corrected. DO BETTER.
