Visited my hometown Dunkin today as my father and i do every time i come into town. I was so disappointed and disgusted. when i walked into the establishment, a younger lady named Maitland was using racial slurs while speaking to another young girl in the back. once i walked up to the counter, she was rude, nasty and not very clean. i politely asked for a extra straw and she rolled her eyes, sighed. she made me feel like a burden just walking in.

Did an order ahead walk in and waited inside for 15 minutes. It was a simple order coffee, bottle water, and toasted plain bagel. The new location is awesome, service still very slow. I’m sure this will improve with time as Salem Runs on Dunkin.

Every night when i go in the same 2 girl and boy work and they are extremely rude. They never tell me the total. tell me which window to pull around to say you’re welcome when I thank them for giving me my food and never give me a receipt. I never know how much money I pay and I’ve done nothing but be nice and they’re rude.

I stopped by going through Salem and I ordered some food and half dozen donuts. I get the box of donuts and I open it to see a nat stuck to the glazed donut and the nat was right next to the finger indents left on the donut. It took awhile for my food to come out and when it did it was missing an item. I won’t be going back.
