A couple of years ago, I found out I was lactose intolerant, which sucks because I love literally all dairy. But they have this silk chocolate almondmilk ice cream, which I think tastes better than regular chocolate!! great service, awesome staff, and good vibes!!!!

Horrible customer service and product!!!
I used to go here every week until I once ordered peanut butter perfection triple pint and it was nothing but chocolate ice cream. There were no toppings and the ice cream tasted stale. I kept digging, thinking maybe it just wasn’t well mixed, but no, nothing! I called them. They said sorry, we give you another one even though I told them I already ate it and that’s how I knew it was no fudge peanut butter or peanut butter cup in it. When I went back to get the one they said they were remaking for me, they refused to give it! LOSERS, IT TAKES YEARS TO FIND ONE GOOD CUSTOMER BUT IT TAKE SECONDS TO LOSE THOUSANDS AND I MAKE SURE DO MY PART TO LET OAKDALE KNOW HOW HORRIBLE THIS PLACE IS!

The ice cream here was so delicious! It had the perfect smooth texture without being melted! The employees working yesterday evening 8/16/21 were very polite, and patient and able to make good recommendations. I was very satisfied. Thank you Cold Stone! I will be returning!

Very nice location with friendly staff. Clean inside and good amount of customers waiting but the short line moved quickly. It was a Friday night so was to be expected. So many Cold Stone locations have closed so I’m glad this one is still here. It’s been a couple years since we had their ice cream last.

My favorite place for icecream. I love that you can choose the flavor of icecream and add your own choice of items to mix in. Even if you don’t add toppings they still mix your icecream on the cold stone counter so it is nice and smooth! My kids love picking their own flavors and toppings then getting to watch them be mixed together

Very good experience. I’m severely allergic to bananas the guy made it on a new sheet away from the other ice creams to make sure I didn’t have a reaction. So helpful and appreciated.
