Came to breakfast with my sister and about 4 teenagers working the shift and took a good 12 minutes to place the order and not until we asked how long it was going to take, one of them asked us with an attitude! And when we got the food all 4 of them were staring at us like we caused an issue. The food was good but so disappointing in the service. I gave a tip regardless but definitely won’t be coming back to this particular establishment

The drinks were good and they had the doughnut we wanted with cute ducks outside.
However they attempted to charge us more than what they were supposed to and we caught it.
Unclear communication from drive through staff and they were difficult to hear. Hopefully with some training they can do better.
At the end of the day the coffee made up for the bad service.

I visited a location recently, and I had a frustrating experience. The employees were engaged in conversations instead of taking drive-through orders, leading to excessive wait times. I ended up leaving before placing my order as I waited over 10 minutes, which is unacceptable for a drive-through service. What is frustrating is that this is not the first time this has happened to me , I would say at lest 4 times I endup leaving because of the same situation, minding i have being the only person waiting to make an order. This situation was incredibly disappointing, and I hope the management addresses this issue to improve the quality of service.

For a store that usually has half as many workers than other Dunkin’s, they do a pretty good job. Normally I get a caramel frozen coffee, but since they don’t have that fancy machine, they make my drink right in a blender. Definitely more of a small location, but worth my visit every day.

Every employee in this establishment is generally nice and good at what they do except for one. He’s a somewhat tall light skinned skinny guy w/ curly hair and tattoos with a face that makes him look like he’s always mad and has an extremely awful attitude and energy working here. he is exceptionally rude and in my opinion should be fired. He doesnt greet you in any way and hands you your order as if your the bane of his existence. Makes the experience of buying here extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

I haven’t bought donuts from Dunkin’ in quite a while because they’re just junk, but decided to when visiting family with teenagers. I was shocked when I opened that box! They were so tiny. If I would’ve opened that box before I left there, I would have given them back and said no thank you.

I pulled up for drive thru around 6pm and there were no lines outside nor inside because I could see through the windows and the service took forever and nobody being present at the window, I was trying to look inside after waiting 5 minutes and I couldn’t see anyone. I know there were at least a few workers inside because there were 3 cars parked on the side of the Dunkin. Anyways, I’m in a rush and I only ordered hash browns, like come on. Just hash browns – that’s why I’m triggered! Lol.

This place is so slow – they don’t even say please wait when you’re at the window and I had to go inside in order for them to assist me. They never ever have donuts – and it’s early in the day. Such a disappointment and inconvenience because I have to drive to the further one out.

If I could give this DDs a “0”, I would. Stiffed mini bagels tasted like the dirty air from the oven warmer. My cream cheese was cold. My frozen coffee was coffee on ice. Would not suggest this establishment to anyone. All reviews are 1 star. Need new employees or new managers. TRASH TRASH TRASH!!!!!
