Ordered food 2 times for a delivery and they took 60 minutes and no update at all and then when I call them they tell me that the driver just arrived there. By the way food was never delivered.
Don’t order for delivery. What happens to your warm sandwich in 60 minutes. Soggy sandwich definitely 0 star

There was only one ordering kiosk available, and I had to wait quite a long time because another customer was taking an extended amount of time placing their order. After I finally placed my order, I realized there was no screen displaying order status, which made the process inconvenient.
For a business that serves multiple customers, having only one kiosk and no visible order status screen significantly impacts the customer experience. I strongly encourage you to invest in additional equipment so customers can order more efficiently and track their orders without unnecessary confusion or delays.

The management is horrible. Honestly I’ve never seen a Panera this bad-handled, and they have such a huge ego like if they’re the stuff. There’s only a few employees that are good workers, but the rest are just ignorant, irresponsible, and don’t know how to run a store. Glad to see this Panera is under 4 stars! Well deserved. Anyway thank you!! Will definitely not visit again especially not the managers.

I had some time off left after a dental exam.
Stopped to use my panera Sip Club subscription. The navigation to get to the store is not easy, but they have sufficient parking. This store is laid out differently them the stores I frequent, but is open and easy to use. I ordered my coffee and was on my way.

Corporate needs to get their act together, this place is terrible. There hasn’t been ice in the fountain machine for WEEKS now, extremely dirty floors, just the worst Panera around by far. Who oversees this place? Where’s the quality assurance? Step it up

This is what I walked into when I went into the bathroom. The side of the toilet had stool dried up and that didn’t just happen from this morning. I visited today at 9:15am. Urine all over the floor and toilet seat. If this how they maintain the bathroom thats for the public how is it back in the kitchen where we can’t see?
