How to start this complaint, ((I HOPE YOU CAN READ IT COMPLETELY)), well, to be honest, I’m not one of those who comments often, whether to rate a place or anything, BUT today was the exception and this restaurant earned it, BUT also before writing what you will read, I had to read some OPINIONS and complaints so as not to come across as a gossip, WELL HERE I GO, TODAY FEBRUARY 10; At approximately 8:40 PM, I went to this place to order. I arrived at the drive-thru, said “hello,” and was attended to. Calmly and respectfully, I said, “Give me a second” to look at the menu and decide what to order. From inside, I heard the employee on the night shift start trying to joke around, trying to be funny. He said, “Oh, you told me a second and it’s already over,” and insisted two or three times, even though I had already told him to give me some time, that I was looking at the menu. He asked again, and I said, “Hey, wait, I’m looking at the menu.” Without further ado, he started pressuring me again, asking, “What do you want? Do you want something for yourself or…” Something familiar, three times, to which I didn’t respond. I kept looking at the menu, and the guy insisted again. His desperation to know what I was going to order led me to not even look at the menu and practically rush my order. (But inside the drive-thru, he started humming. I don’t know if he wanted to be funny with his female colleagues or if he wanted to be funny with me.) I told him, “You know what? I’ll go to the window” (to try to make things easier). He went to the window, opened it, and I said, “Hey, you’re being really funny today, man.” He seemed surprised. I repeated the order, and he just said, “That’s why I told you back there.” Then he realized I spoke Spanish and said, “Oh, Spanish. You should have told me in Spanish.” I was like, “What the hell?” What does it matter if I speak Spanish or not? He understood everything from the moment I arrived, but his pressure and insistence prevented me from completing my order correctly. I arrived speaking English because I didn’t know who was working there. We started speaking Spanish, and I said, “Hey, I told you to give me a second, and you’re trying to be funny, and that’s not how it works.” This employee then said, “Oh, it’s just that they’re messing with me here, and the timer is too.” I said, “Hey, but that’s not my problem.” This employee then said, “You know I’m not going to serve you.” I said, “Why?” and he literally closed the window in my face without saying another word. This employee needs to know that customer service isn’t done this way. It seems like all this he did in a few minutes was because he cares about time in the drive-thru, regardless of the other customers. Regarding customer satisfaction, I don’t know the name of this employee, but I can only identify him because he wears glasses, as his uniform didn’t have a name tag. Also, the drive-thru screen was unreadable; it was covered in spray paint. Perhaps my complaint is a bit exaggerated, but I don’t think so, because after reading previous reviews, I realize it’s the same issue, and I’m saying almost the same thing as the other people. I feel like some of them are referring to this employee who, unfortunately, I happened to have today. Honestly, their service is terrible. They need competent workers who can provide a real drive-thru. And if you, the employee with glasses, are reading this comment, I want to tell you that this isn’t how you do a good job. I really hope you do something about your drive-thru, because I’m just another person who doesn’t understand how people can give 5 stars knowing the awful service.

Place was clean and line short. But I got a root beer cream freeze which I have gotten many times which is usually like a milkshake consistancy and it was put liquid, no even icey bits in it, went in to complain and they said that’s how they make it now and wouldn’t just put more ice cream in it or re make it. As well as my fries were Ice Cold, although they did re make those, but had to go in a 2nd time. Prices are okay but for a famous bowl, reg fry, a freeze, anf 3 chicken tenders was $27. And not made good at all.

Cruz, Brendan, and Manuel are truly the pillars of this KFC. I recently moved to Renton, and I don’t usually like going to different fast-food spots—I prefer familiar faces and consistent service. These guys made me feel right at home from day one.
Any time there’s been an issue, like certain items being out of stock, they’ve gone above and beyond to fix it—making substitutions and even throwing in extra food to make sure we’re satisfied. They don’t care about anything other than customer satisfaction, and it genuinely shows.
I live in Fairwood and will still drive out of my way just to come to this location because the service is that exceptional. I recommend this KFC to everyone I know. If I could buy the franchise myself, I’d personally promote these three fine gentlemen.

We placed an order at this KFC around 10:30 PM, and employees Cruz and Marielys were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The spicy chicken wings were also delicious. We’ll definitely come back to order again! ✨

This KFC drive-thru is always rushing me every single time I come through. You can tell they only care about their TIMER, not the customer. Definitely needs better customer service.

What lousy service!
They mess up our order by charging us for a more expensive item, didn’t give us a side of coleslaw we paid for and to top it off I ordered a 5 piece Nashville tender meal I got a 3 piece! So they made like 15$ off of terrible employees who argue with the customer at the window
