Overwhelmingly disappointed. We have many choices for Asian food in the area and we were craving Chinese. Read reviews, consulted Facebook groups and thought we made the best choice…we chose poorly.
Although tables are plentiful, they essentially offer only counter service. This isn’t a classic hot tea, wonton soup, take your order at the table kind of place. Order off a paper menu at the counter and sit down. No water at the table, plastic silverware and paper plates are the motif here. If they food were awesome we could work through that with no problem. We ordering our 4 items the phone rang and the guy answered to take the phone order…just wow.
We’re pretty consistent in our ordering when trying a new to us place: egg rolls, Mongolian pork, Szechuan chicken. Of course, we had to order rice as it wasn’t included in our dishes, Food came our fast and was super hot, That’s where the positives end. The Mongolian and Szechuan sauces were nearly identical. Although not too sweet they lack any spice despite being identified as spicy items on the menu. Meat and sauce were plentiful, vegetables were cut into huge chunks requiring recutting. Eggs rolls, were wound tight making them narrow as an index finger ruing the wrapper to filling ratio and nearly impossible to bite through.
The good news is that the food came out in to-go boxes simplifying our escape from this fast food version of americanized Chinese food. For the amount we paid we would have received better sit down service the The Revolution or Thai Bistro, or one of many other restaurants in Rochester…we will not be back.

Long time customer of this restaurant but I gotta say lately it seems like something is off . The chicken fingers were over cooked and like rocks . Then the appetizer of beef teriyaki sticks was 12.95 for 6 pieces. For one they tasted terrible very chewy and just not right. Then the icing on the cake was seeing that all 6 were small but 3 of them measured out to 3 inches long. 3 inches might be ok for my wife but for teriyaki sticks ? Looks like it’s time to check out other Chinese restaurants sadly

First and last time I eat food from here. Order was on time for pickup and the food was hot. That’s the only good thing. All the beef in the dishes was full of gristle and hard to chew. The sesame chicken was so chewy I thought I was eating chicken jerky. Would not recommend.

Tried for the first and last time today. Chicken is rubbery, seems like it was fried yesterday, and the sauce is like a watery ketchup. Paid $32 before tip for a standard size portion of extremely mediocre general tso’s chicken and some extremely mediocre crab rangoons. Rice wasn’t included with the meal, which is my fault for not checking, but dang $32 and no rice!?

The only place around that makes awesome food. We’ve tried MANY closer places & been disappointed every time. We don’t get Chinese food often due to price but Liu’s Garden in our opinion is the BEST!

Loved the food! The fried rice was very flavorful and the portions were generous. Will definitely make this my go-to Chinese take out place!

Indescribably bad, totally unbelievably bad…I cannot believe they are in business. We expected a restaurant, not a fast food experience, we got over that. You are COMMANDED to place your order across an inconvenient table. Also, you stand and wait until ALL the phone calls are answered. Cheap – worse than cheap, plastic tableware is “provided.” Crappy cheap plastic plates accompany your dinner. Husband ordered “large” broccoli with chicken. Chicken was tough, poorly cooked, broccoli was old, and the “large” was a very small container. It didn’t matter, one bite and he threw his whole plate into the trash can. I had “orange chicken” and fried wonton. First, my order was large, mostly chewy old orange peel. Chicken was tough, really inedible. I ordered a small white rice. NEVER HAVE I EVER paid for a small scoop of rice on a 17 DOLLAR ENTREE, much less FIVE DOLLARS for a small box of rice. Fried won ton were filled with either shoe leather or tree bark, hard to tell. Tough, old, and chewy seems to be their business model. Unbelievably bad, or am I repeating myself? Two bad entrees, over priced rice, stale rancid wonton, and two canned drinks? Fifty bucks please, and you don’t even get service or real forks. Why people go there with the other options in this town boggles my mind.

Updated Review:
They got good food, good service, however eliminated delivery option and go through door dash.
I’m not paying $17 for a LG Chicken Finger..
Bring back delivery or else you lost a lifetime customer..
Don’t care either to see customers posting about cockroaches again with pictures..
This is why you left your old establishment and built a new one.. now you’re unclean once again and have roaches once again?
