Came to this jersey mikes and received some of the best customer service you couldn’t potentially get anywhere else ! Jess makes such an amazing sandwich it’s just lovely. She has a great personality, I’m just so sure working with her is such a pleasure. It’s refreshing to receive great hospitality. 100/10 service will definitely be returning ❤️

This is a great place to eat. Fresh food and friendly people. I prefer to order there though, to make sure that special instructions are followed (such as removing a particular ingredient due to allergies).

The man that waited on me was in a hurry. I told him small turkey cheese lettuce and tomato. A giant steak & cheese with mushrooms only. This is what I got a tuna with lettuce and tomato. A giant steak cheese lettuce tomato pepper onions and no mushrooms . I always go to this JM and never have a problem. By the way it took 28 minutes and everyone else was fixing all his orders. Who wants to get back in the car to have them correct the problem . Never will go there unless he is out of there. Terrible employee. Unfortunately one in the bunch that makes it bad for all your outstanding employees.

It was my wife’s birthday yesterday and they surprised her with a cookie and upsized her sub from mini to regular.
I eat Jersey mikes all the time and their quality and customer service is consistently very good.
And they are quite a charitable organization as well

i love jersey mike’s for ever and ever <3 there is always a sandwich for me no matter what i'm in the mood for. #13 original italian is always a great choice, #9 club for when i want roast beef. they also have the only hot subs i have ever enjoyed. big kahuna always hits, but their portabella cheese steaks are the standout item to me. all of their cheese steaks have a chicken varient that is just as good.
the #14 veggie sub is admittedly mid since it’s mostly lettuce, just ask for it mike’s way and put some more vegetables on it (hot peppers, pickles, relish). imo they make up for it with the #64 portabella mushroom though, if you want a veggie option then go with that one instead.
i don’t care if subway sandwiches are cheaper, the price difference is $2-5. jersey mike’s sandwiches are bigger, the bread actually tastes like real bread, and the ingredients are of much better quality. i believe it varies by store, but i have been to locations that serve boar’s head. subway sandwiches are all bread, and they taste like they’ve been left sitting out (because they have!). jersey mike’s fills their sandwiches a respectable amount, they slice the meat right in front of you, and if you get a hot sub they season and grill the meat and veggies together.
i’ve never had a bad experience, never had my order made wrong, never had less than ideal service at a single location. employees are always polite and friendly and happy to be there.

I’d just like to point out that my family and I frequent Jersey Mikes and love their sandwiches. However, this was the worst takeout experience and most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever eaten in my life. This statement hardly touches the surface of my dissatisfaction with this experience. It was made completely wrong and it was as if the contents were thrown in a bun with no concern as to who would be eating it. The sad part is that businesses are currently competing for every customer that comes through the doors and with inflation as high as it is, small businesses are closing their doors because franchises have the financial edge. The team at this location can care less about the customer or the experience. I called to complain but no one answered; I left a message but no one called back. This Jersey Mikes used to be the best but a lot has changed. 🙁

Haven’t been to Jersey Mike’s in a very long time. Tonight I ordered 2 subs online, an Italian combo and a roast beef. Short wait at pick up. Both subs packed with meat , bread was nice and fresh made to order with everything we wanted on them. Will definitely be back.

The kid that took my order had made sandwiches for 2 customers and did the cash register with his gloves on. Then started to make my sandwich. I had to ask him to change gloves. He changed the first in front of me then walked away from site to change the other. Who knows what he did. I paid for the sandwich but I threw it away. I was afraid to eat it. Won’t go back. Had 1 good experience there and 2 bad.

What a joke this place used to be a go to in Branford. I ordered when I was leaving work at 8:00 got to Jersey mikes sat down waited a bit then got up at around 8:20 after I seen an employee walk from the hot grill wrapping a sub, I said I was here for a pick up they then grabbed my ticket off the back where they hang them and my Sandwhich was never even started they had 2 people in the store one of whom walked in the same time as me. I think the employees were stoned what a weird vibe and very very frustrating like how does that even happen.
