We came as a Small Group Couples’ Outing. We bowled which was fun, but the pins kept getting stuck. So we had to go to a different lane. Other than that the food was delicious as Cheeseburgers with fries, Chicken sandwiches with fries, and Chicken salad. The customer service was great other than the hiccup of pins. They took great care of our group. It was not too crowded. We arrived midday before the rush. The ambiance was great. Everyone having a good time playing.

DON’T waste your money!!! We took our kid, we paid a lot for credits and the 90% of machines didn’t work and took our money anyways!!! When I asked the guys working there, they said they know but they don’t do anything about it! Not even a sign to warning “out of service”. The staff at the restaurant, very nice though. I had my son’s 8th birthday party here. This was one of the best party experiences we had. Mason was our host and he was awesome. Mason helped guide our party through 2 games of laser tag, arcade games, pizza, and cake! I definitely recommend this location for large groups or parties. I was able to join in and enjoy the party as well because everything was so organized. We will be back for a family bowling night when we are looking for something to do. Thanks for a fun time Main Event!

I had my son’s 8th birthday party here and it was a fun experience for the kids. Our party host was Tamara and she was SO sweet and accommodating. I had a few hiccups in the beginning but she was able to get everything straightened out for me. I think the value is good for the party packages. We did bowling, laser tag, and obstacle course. Him and his friends really enjoyed themselves. I would definitely come back and celebrate here again.

We had our son’s birthday party here and had such great experience!! We did bowling, laser tag, the ropes, arcades and VR. The kids were just having a blast especially in laser tag! A must add on especially in a larger group like ours. We had 10 kids.
Our host Millie was attentive and very sweet. Millie made sure our party ran smoothly. We would absolutely host a party here again and hope Millie would be or host again or someone has fantastic as her!

It had been a while since we had been to this particular facility, but we came during a high visitation timeframe where there were a lot of birthday parties in group outings. It was a bit difficult to get someone’s attention for us to be seated in the restaurant area and I believe due to the size of several other parties being there it made it difficult for us to get our food prior to playing arcade games.
Though the food was delicious, my main disappointment was bringing our four children there and just about every other arcade game was broken. We had time cards and it took more time for us to figure out which video games were broken than waiting in line for the one game of that particular style. The staff was friendly. I just think that it was a perfect blend of chaos for us to not be able to fully enjoy the outing as a family of six.

I visited this location last night and was extremely disappointed. About 25% of the games didn’t work but still took our money. When I asked an employee for help, he literally laughed and said, “Yeah, a bunch of our games don’t work—just ask for a refund at the prize shop.” As if I have time to walk over there every single time another broken game eats credits.
To make things worse, half the bowling lanes were down, making the wait times ridiculous. For a place that advertises fun and entertainment, this location feels neglected and poorly managed.
This was our first visit, and honestly, it’ll probably be years—if ever—before we return.

Our family visited this location a couple of weeks back. We’re actually from NC and we’re in town for the weekend to celebrate our nephew’s birthday. It was actually his idea to come here so we could all bowl and have fun together.
We were greeted by Diezel who was super sweet. He got us set up with our lane and shoes.
We selected to play for 2 hours and rented 2 lanes as we were 7 people total. We immediately rushed over to get set up on the screen and find the size bowling balls we’d all like to use. Just a few minutes in, the lanes were not working as expected. We put the bumpers for certain players and they wouldn’t go up. When made someone aware we were told it was common for the lanes we were in and we either had to elect to keep them up for everyone or not use them at all. We decided to keep playing without them.
Another 10-15 minutes in and now the pins are getting stuck and not resetting. We’d press the reset button and nothing. We went back to Diezel and he ended up moving us to 2 other lanes. I didn’t realize while we were doing that that another staff member was trying to get our original lanes working again and thought he did and we had to move back.
It took time but we finally made it through 1 game and decided it was safe and we could order food. Steven was our server and he was awesome! We moved into our 2nd game and again had resetting issues. We went back and forth many times and each time it did get resolved but the fix was temporary.
What should’ve been a 2 hour game turned into 3. Granted we did get the extra time back which was nice but the overall experience game-wise is not great. We were all tired unnecessarily as it took so long.
If not for the great customer service from Diezel and Steven I’d be giving this review 1 star. I really appreciated their patience and understanding. At no point did they make us feel like they were upset with us which would’ve been easy to do in a case like this when we had to complain to each of them often.
Once our game was finally over we spent some time letting the kids play games and a couple of them did the skywalk thing and the zipline.
It is a cute place and we may return on our next trip to GA but please please fix the lanes!!!!

The food is great! We absolutely love the fried pickles!! The service is the worst I’ve ever had that. It’s rare that we can truly enjoy our food and drinks since our servers don’t come around. When the servers do come around, they’re always rude. It’s so hard to actually get the food and have drinks to go with the food. When our food has been wrong, our servers don’t fix it or acknowledge it. We waste so much time waiting on our servers to get the food that it’s extremely upsetting. We have had great experiences with the managers helping us to credit some back due to horrible experiences. We absolutely love the food which makes it so hard to go through the same struggle repeatedly. We’ve had great experiences with the variety of games and the prices. Even when the games have been broken, they’ve been quick and polite to fix them. My only complaint are the severs can ruin the whole time with just how rude they are and how little they come around.

From open machines exposing wires and presenting a hazard to children, to machines that don’t work but steal credits. This isn’t a parent friendly experience, it’s a dity noisy chaotic and dangerous place, stay away, don’t come here, save your money. The staff is friendly, that’s a plus, but that’s about it. It’s clear they don’t have enough technicians to keep up with a busy time. The winners choice turns out to be a non-labeled chaotic mess. One again, don’t come here, find another family experience.
