I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. Whenever THEY make a mistake with your pizza or whatever your order is, they do not care. I came up to Pizza Hut tonight to pick up a large three topping pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and ham. I paid for my pizza and drove home. Once I got home and opened the box, I realized that I only have two of the toppings, pepperoni and sausage. I contacted Pizza Hut right away and let them know that I’m missing one of my toppings I got in touch with the call center that advised me that I needed to bring the pizza back up to Pizza Hut. I advised the call center woman that I am not close enough to bring the pizza back tonight. She asked me would I like a credit towards my next purchase. I advised her yes, next thing I know I’m getting in contact with the store and I spoke with a manager on duty. I advised the manager on duty of what was going on. He told me that I can bring the pizza back for a replacement. I advised the manager the same thing that I told the lady at the call center I am not close to the store to bring the pizza back. I only stopped at that specific location because it was convenient to where I was at at the time I advised the manager that the lady on the call center line advised me that I could get a credit towards my pizza. The managers advised me that the person I was talking to was a call center and that they have no authority to give me a credit and that he can’t just give a credit to anyone that calls and says their pizza is messed up. I advised the manager that I just left the store And asked if he remembered my order. The manager said he does not remember my order, but he remembers handing it to me. I advised the manager well the order was not correct and I would like my pizza either replaced or refunded. I advised him that I would not be able to come back tonight, but I could come another day. The manager then stated that it is Pizza Hut’s policy for me to bring the pizza back tonight in order to get it replaced. I advised him again that I’m not able to bring it tonight and he asked with an attitude “Well What do you want me to do?” I advised the manager that I would just like the credit that the woman on the phone told me that I would receive. After I stated that the manager just ignored me and started talking to a customer that was in the store. I feel like this experience was very unprofessional very inconvenient and I will never Purchase a pizza from this location ever again!!!

This location has very poor customer service. I placed an online order. The order was delivered incorrectly. I was told that the order would be re-made correctly and re- delivered. That was not done. After calling back multiple times and speaking with the rude girl on the phone who said the re-make was on the way, the manager gets on the phone to let me know that the gorl is new and is in training instead of offering a better solution for a customer. I will no longer be ordering from this location.

I ordered a pizza and two liter to be delivered. I received my pizza but no drink. I asked the door dash driver and he had no idea. I even showed him the receipt. He was like oh well. So call the restaurant and tell them about the issue and her response was would you like to come get it. If i wanted to pick up my food I would’ve ordered it carryout and not paid a delivery fee and tipped a driver. So I asked for a refund on just the drink and she said that was not possible because door dash picked up my order. I don’t see what that has to do with anything, I didn’t order through door dash I ordered it through the pizza hut app. Terrible customer service..

Ordered on Pizza Hut app, went to pick it up. The guy is shouting – What do you want. Extremely rude for no reason.

Updated Review (06-05-25/3 ***): I’d taken my Grandson across the street to Chuck E. Cheese to play games. So we’d worked up quite an appetite, plus I wanted to use my ‘Buy Now, Get 1 Free Pizza (1 Topping) Later’ coupon. However, I’d had issues ordering via the app. So, I went inside, but informed I had to order via the app (the ONLY way to redeem the reward, which I didn’t realize @ the time). The manager told the cashier I needed to call their toll-free#, regarding app issues. So I went out to my car, called, then spoke with a really nice & patient rep (Eric). He got it straightened out, and then I was able to order the pizza through the app. Once it was ready, I went back inside, & gave the a quick glance. The cashier apologized @ the slight confusion and I told him no worries then left. However, once home and the ability to look fully & completely at my carryout, the pizza looked as if it was just “thrown 2gther” & rushed. I order here often (had jst done so a few days prior), so I know it doesn’t usually look tht way. The toppings (pepperoni & chicken sausage) & cheese were missing in a couple of spots and it was somewhat “doughy.” Typically, that hasn’t been my experience with the hand-tossed, but rather when I order pan/deep-dish (if I don’t specify ‘Well-done’). In their defense, I didn’t mark “Well-done” on the app when I ordered. However, I didn’t know I needed to for a hand-tossed pizza and I hadn’t in the past. Although I only paid a little over $2 for ths order (for the addt’l topping), it still should’ve been cooked properly, js…
The food tasted Good, but the Cooks could have Added More bacon, considering I ordered Pepperoni, Beef AND Bacon (I barely noticed any on our pizza). Further, the guy who gave me My pickup order, was NOT the friendliest.

Considering I order here fairly often, I’ve noticed that the staff during the week are ALWAYS Professional and really Friendly. Although I’m just picking up my order as carryout, I ALWAYS tip them because they do such an Awesome job with the food AND service. However, that is hardly the case when I get a takeout order on the weekend. It’s been the same guy (unsure of his name-I can only describe him: a larger Caucasian male with glasses, dark brown hair, approx. 6 ft. tall & possibly a manager) on the last few occasions and his attitude is Always surly. Everyone has an “off” or a bad day, but every time ths guy handles my order, I NEVER receive good service!Ironically, it’s the same EXACT guy from my 1st Review on ths list (above), lol! ♀️

I have never had a bad pizza from this location. I might be insulting all the Italians worldwide, but their Super Supreme stuff-crusted pizza with pineapple is the best pizza I have ever had in my life, excluding the known calories.

I had a really disappointing experience at Pizza Put. The pizza wasn’t tasty at all
the crust was dry and the toppings lacked flavor. On top of that, I had to wait almost 40 minutes just to get my order, even though the place wasn’t that busy. Definitely not worth the wait.
