Hubby and I took our soon to be 7 year old granddaughter to her favorite restaurant for her birthday dinner. We had a great fun and delicious time there. Highly recommend going and making reservations. She said to everyone at the table that it was ” her birthday and the best day ever!!!”

Best Hibachi in town. The prices are fair for what hibachi is at other places in town and the portions are massive. The chefs are funny and engaging and make the experience. Kids may struggle with the fire at the beginning of the show but overall it’s a great place for all.

Went to Mt. Fuji for Mother’s Day, and wow—it was busy! Luckily, we got seated quickly, probably because we went for sushi (I imagine the wait was longer for hibachi). Despite the crowd, the service was fast and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything came out fresh. The person I assume was the manager was really on top of things, making sure everything ran smoothly. Great place—definitely recommend!

I ordered food to-go and had drinks while waiting. Gaige, bartender, was great and even gave me a tip on how to enhance my usual drink. I tried it and I’m officially hooked. All the staff i encountered were very pleasant and customer focused. My sushi was fresh & delicious. I ordered the New York & Heart Attack (w/o shrimp) rolls. I give them a 10/10. I also order the Hitachi chicken & steak combo. For the price of $30.95 you would expect more than 4.5 pieces of steak. I ordered medium well and received well done. I didn’t know that I would be charged an additional $3.95 for fried rice instead of steamed. Especially considering it’s fried when ordered while seated at the grill. There were no complaints about the chicken fried rice. Overall, the prices were higher than expected, but I recommend going for drinks, sushi, and good service.

Although when you first come inside, there is a sour smell from either the carpet or a sour mop being used.
The greeter was very nice, and I would have rather had him for he took the time to seat us, explain the menu as well as give us some recommendations.
Sushi roll was made a little different but was tasty.
Ordering the Hibachi lunch special could use some additional cook time on the vegetables. The chicken was good yet. The steak was a little chewy for my liking. The first time here, as the restaurant opened on a Wednesday, I would attempt to visit again on a different day.

This used to be our favorite place for special occasions but ever since COVID it’s gone downhill. The quality, consistency, and taste varies greatly.
Spent a lot of money tonight for my entire family to dine and here’s where they lacked:
– chef was not engaging , was silent most of the time
– no fun broccoli throw
– no sake until we asked as he was cleaning up
– the portions have gone WAY down
– no few pieces of shrimp included
– perhaps the most upsetting is that I told our chef multiple times that it was my twins’ 21st birthday and while other tables sang lively with the entire table and brought out a dessert all we got was him lighting the onion on fire and signing to them as if they were 3 years old!
Every time it’s an inconsistent experience between the chefs . Some good , some bad. Even how they prepare and serve the food is vastly different .
The value is not there for what they charge and they include a tip now, which in this case was not deserved.

Went for their sushi during lunch and the staff were all friendly and quick with taking our order and bringing the food out. It’s subjective, but I feel like the waitress and other staff passing by checked on us the right amount (not too often and not too scarcely either).
The sushi was also pretty good, too! Being in Colorado, all sushi doesn’t taste suuuper fresh like it does in places where they don’t have to freeze the seafood first; however, this still hit the spot! I would definitely go again.

Usually have a good experience here, but we found a metal shaving in one of our salads (we assume it to be from a knife). Management comped the salad but never came over to apologize or anything; handled very unprofessionally. We even paid full price for the meal. I didn’t wanna escalate it or make a big deal about anything, but that weird gut feeling still lingers about them not really caring about guests’ safety.

I ordered lunch take out. The lettuce in my salad is brown. Where are the tomato slices? Steak is tough! I could hardly chew it and I have good teeth. But, never-mind chewing it because it’s tough and absolutely no flavor!! Chicken fried rice has absolutely no chicken in it at all. It’s not even chicken flavored fried rice. Again, no flavor. No seasoning. I spent over $20. The atmosphere was nice and clean. The lady that took my order was very nice and professional. This food isn’t good. I can’t eat it!!!

Went with a group of my friends. Our waitress was nice and fast with service. We asked for a to-go box for leftover sushi (approximately 3 rolls left) and our bill. As we paid our bill, I noticed that I didn’t grab my to go container. Went back in to ask for it, but unfortunately they had threw it already. Mind you, this happened in the span of 2 minutes from paying our bill to walking outside and going back inside. Manager said they couldn’t do anything on their end. For the price of everything there, I expected better or a little sorry or compensation even. Why would we ask for a to go container if we didn’t want to take it home? So fast to throw away food. Thumbs down. Money spent not worth it.
