Staff listening to music via AirPods while I wait for someone to come to the counter. Floors weren’t clean. Pizza wasn’t cut correctly, asked for square gave us regular cut. Rather than to wait for them to correct I just left.

Ordered two take out pizzas. They were ready on time and the staff when we picked up were super friendly. The pizza was also great, we got a bbq chicken and a Hawaiian. Great choice for a lunch!

Rude staff, 4 of the 5 had on earbuds. All 5 were completely ignoring several customers in a crowded filthy tiny waiting area (What does it look like behind the counter??) They all finally came to life (especially a really rude lady) when one guy decided he had enough foolishness and went behind the counter to get his prepaid pizza himself LOL Where’s the franchise owner?? How hard is it to clean that place and get your staff to say hello and someone will be with you. They don’t even need to say thank you, enjoy or have à nice day but that wouldn’t hurt, especially if they hope for anyone to come close to that dirty tip jar that was as empty as they all deserve.

Will never order there again! Driver dropped my entire order and when showed at my door didn’t say anything and just handed me my order and ran away. Once I opened both pizza and few other items it was hell! All the toppings and cheese were all over the box and off the pizza. When calling the store the so called manager came to the phone and said there is no refund policy and if need they will send it again and again until they get it right. I was in shock the manager will actually say that. I will obviously dispute my order and hope this location will get a talk from corporate after refusing to acknowledge the issue. The manager on top kept saying “sorry you not satisfied with the quality of the food”….. No ma’am even my dogs will not touch it after your driver dropped it on the floor. Stay away from this location and save yourself the grief!!! I called to speak with Mariah the so called GM of the store, disrespectful nasty individual. Talked over me and pretty much said go dispute the order I don’t care and hung up the phone. This place is running like a flea market with nasty management.

Horrible customer service.
Walked in and wasn’t even acknowledged. When I inquired about just picking up my pizza the cashier wearing a blue top stating stated with a attitude that “ I need to give her minute because she is dealing with a customer issue on the phone”. Totally understandable but a “hello, please give me a minute” would have been suffice.

I just received this pizza in 11 minutes. It’s disgusting. The toppings are unevenly distributed and the dough is NOT properly cooked. I requested and refund and they told me they can only give me credit towards my next purchase. They also hung up on me while on call. This place needs a ton of help and I’m never ever buying from papa John again. Pfft

Orderedan extra garlic sauce, and tge pizza tastes better with the sauce. Manager said to come pick it up, yet why when i had it delivered. Very disappointed.

My daughter and I we order delivery and my surprise was that the pizza was very cheap the cheese was was there and was not event there it was more sprinkler or little tiny bits of cheese that you can see the sauce and the bread on the bottom. The pepperoni and the sausage was like it was done in a third world country not event on Cuba taste this horrible. Sorry papa Johns I am done with you. Good look so sad and very disappointed of this pizza place.

It’s use to be the pizza of our choice but not anymore,not even once for months we get the order right, quality, taste, presentation, toppings it’s all bad, honestly we are safer getting frozen pizza because at this point I have a lot of concerns about food poisoning, two pizza for $6.99 and the bill still over $40 with all the extras charges and on top of that we waited TWO HOURS FIFTEEN MINUTES to receive the order. I don’t recommend this place , Publix supermarket it’s your best option.
