Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, portions were pitiful for no good reason. Five layer burrito was barely bigger than a soft taco, and the chicken chalupa was practically empty. You’d think the ingredients for being paid for out of the employees’ own pockets.

I just came back from the drive thru and the girl at the window was so awesome!! She is always smiling and is very courteous and well mannered. Before you leave she tells you to “have a great day” everytime. I never got her name but she worked on 12/28/25 at 5:00 p.m. I don’t know how to receive a raise at Taco Bell but she definitely deserves it. Even if you go there in a bad mood, she changes it.

Asked for Mexican Pizza with NO tomatoes. It had no sauce & FULL of chopped tomatoes ALL over it including under the cheese. I eat once a day. No food for me today. Money wasted.

I wanted to try this Taco Bell location out because of the bad reviews. I know, i know, thats dumb but I was treated nicely by the lady at the window. Everything went smooth and I received my order pretty quick. To my surprise the food was really good. Not just for this restaurant but for Taco Bell in general. I haven’t had “good” Taco Bell in a long time. I enjoyed it. Thanks to all employees for taking pride in your work!

I pay extra for double beef on my nachos and they gave me less than a normal order at any other store. I paid for black beans as well and they give me not even 10 black beans for my entire nacho order. I will definitely never be coming back here. Serving sizes are nothing like they are at any other taco bell. Everything costs more and they are giving out even less now. EVEN IF YOU PAY EXTRA. ITS A JOKE! Does this look like double beef added black beans and even added shredded cheese? NO.

August 2019 – Drive thru is still as slow as ever. Waited 30 minutes for 3 cars to get through the drive thru before we could place our order.
August 2018 – One vehicle ahead of us & yet it took us 5 minutes to get to order and 12 minutes to wait for our food. It’s supposed to be FAST food. Rude workers also. The lady handed us our food and shut the window. Didn’t know if we were finished or waiting on something else. Never had that happen before and in no way were we rude. She didn’t say a single word to us. Then the good looked like they just slapped everything on a tortilla. One looked like it was biten into. When is managment going to take over and make changes? This is 6 months later and still the same problems.
March 2018 – Not sure why we continue to try going here. The slowest drive thru I’ve ever been through and it never fails we wait at least 20 to 30 minutes to put in our order. Last time we had to pull up to wait on our order for yet another 24 minutes. They’re incredibly slow, even inside it takes you at least 6 minutes before you’re greeted in which it’s like a chore to do their job and take a customers order. Only upside is that he food served we’ve never had problems with.
Update: Inside is disgusting the floors are filthy, sticky and all trashcans were overflowing. Also my latest purchase of a nacho supreme had barley any toppings of meat or cheese and the bean burrito was practically empty.

Very sad to see I had to order my food on a kiosk. So I guess I’m an employee now. I need my pay for that 5 minutes of work. Could not get my receipt because it don’t print out receipts and it wouldn’t take my phone number. And employees are not very friendly what so ever. They watched me close when I pulled in my big rig and turned around to go park on the road.

We Ordered Through Door Dash 2 Chalupa Supremes that were missing sour cream, and barely had any toppings in them, wife order side of Guacamole and got maybe a spoons worth, Her grilled cheese Burrito doesn’t taste the same and had little to no freaking meat in it!! Very very dissatisfied!!!
