Ordered chicken parm, clearly microwaved premade pasta. Not good. No flavor

The service was good, the food came out quick, but I didn’t like the crispy chicken alfredo I ordered. The regular portion was too small for me, and I’ m not a huge eater. The noodles were kinda cold, and the chicken just tasted like they were microwaved, just sad.. Definitely not worth 14 bucks

Review written 11/02/2024. Quick service for pickup orders and usually made accurately. Nice rewards program with deals and coupons.

Only con of this location is limited parking as it is on campus.

Very affordable food with surprisingly good quality. Even though they are known for their pasta dishes, I actually like the Asian noodle dishes more. You can’t go wrong with the Pad Thai, and the Japanese pan fried noodles is pretty good too. The reason I keep coming back: their signature Smolder from Boulder hot seasoning. Makes everything better

Brandon! Give that man a raise please. I’m vegan and needed a ramen bowl customized for me and he helped me a lot to tailor it exactly how I wanted it! He was extremely kind from the moment we saw him and helped us with our orders.

Man this was my first time eating here and the experience was great. I got the 3 cheese tortellini bowl. It was delicious with a kick. I would get it again. Kudos to the customer service as well

My gluten free request was not only ignored but I found a noodle from someone else’s pasta in mine. I am glad I found it before I made myself sick with it. If you have any severe allergy issues steer clear of this location.

Most menu items are consistent. Unfortunately, I had the Cajun Shrimp Fettuccini and it was horrible. It tasted like they added WAY too much Cajun seasoning to the Alfredo. It wasn’t too spicy, it was too much uncooked dry seasoning. The amount of oregano was downright disruptive; there were pieces in my teeth long after I switched to mac & cheese. And the oregano was still hard and dry so it hadn’t been in the sauce long. Absolute waste.
