I love me some hibachi, and this place knows what they’re doing. It’s also a gigantic portion, so you’ll have leftovers if it’s just you. You can’t miss the poke bowls either. They’re fresh and there’s a ton of topping options, and the price goes based off off the size, it’s very affordable and if I lived here I would come here every week. The employees are also very attentive and nice, thank you for bringing such a good restaurant into Athens!

Ahí Hibachi and Poke is a hole in the wall type of place, so don’t expect anything fancy. It is small and BUSY! Walk up, order your food, and they bring it to you. Popular for takeout. Very small menu, so they don’t get diluted by trying to cook a huge menu. Poke bowls are delicious. Hibachi chicken and steak were well cooked and had huge portions. Very clean taste. Flavors are not covered by sauce although sauce can be requested for you to add.

I have been very excited to try out Ahi Poke and was not disappointed. It is downtown on Clayton St, so it can be difficult to find parking during busy times. You come in, fill out a sheet of what you want, pay for the food, and then wait for them to serve it up for you. It was not a long wait at all. I loved that I could choose exactly what I wanted to try, and my choices turned out to be delicious. There are a decent amount of tables for you to sit at, and it wasn’t too busy on a Thursday evening. I would recommend trying it out.

I love poké, and Ahi does it right. Their ingredients are fresh and come in good sized portions, and their service is fast and friendly! I love trying out new combos in my bowl, it feels like you can’t go wrong.

As the name states, this place serves poke and hibachi entrees and they do both pretty great. It is my go to spot whenever I’m in the mood for either. Food is always spot on. Ming and Alicia are almost always at the front and they are the nicest people. Hand ups best place in Athens for this food type. Two thumbs up.
