Well we called to see if they said can they take a party of 11 and they said yes. The waitress was very nice and the homemade chips were amazing, brussel sprouts great and that is about it! We all had to share the woman’s restroom since the men’s was out of order, the food took over 80 minutes for the food to arrive, at about 45 minutes we asked for an update and they gave us a plate of 10 chips to share, good flavor warm to cold temperatures at best. The manager made a conseesion but no apologies. Poorly run unfortunately.

Our wait time was over an hour and half from when we ordered our food, with most of our food coming out Luke warm at best.
When we asked about the time, there was a defense that, in my opinion, only added to the suck of the situation.
They did bring us, after an hour, a basket of ten homemade potatoes chips ~ Which were very good, but unfortunately didn’t quite settle the rumble in our stomachs until our meals arrived.

first time visit last week for lunch,I have eaten all other places in Medina but never here. What a great lunch (shepherds pie) was delicious and shared fries with my friend and they too were very good. I loved the atmosphere, truly a hidden gem. Prices we perfect!

Fitzgibbons is like a woodworker’s art museum, but with a well-stocked bar amidst its unique carvings and decor. It’s worth lingering for the atmosphere alone. Their standout dish remains Shepherd’s Pie — it’s simple and hearty. While I chose to nurse a Jameson’s whiskey the night of a recent visit, the intriguing beer menu here always tempts me. The staff are duly welcoming but maybe a bit overworked when it gets too crowded. It’s never a dull night when one stops by Fitzgibbons though, unless it’s a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday when the place is closed.

We where out in Albion looking for a place to go for lunch and drinks. And this was the closes one at 9 miles away. I’m so glad we decided to make the already long drive a little longer. Because the food was outstanding! The bartender and server where also friendly and helpful. Not to mention the decor inside was on point and very cool to see and appreciate.

Today was the first time for me to dine at Fitzgibbons and it surely will not be my last. Fitzgibbons serves Irish fare food and offers a fish fry on Friday nights. The resturant is clean and has a nice dining room with plenty of room for dining. The bar is huge that Wraps around the resturant. Restrooms are located in the back of the building only one person at a time inside. Fitgibbons is an older building and is comfortable with plenty of memorabilia to gaze at while eating. Our server Emily was the best server I ever had. She was by herself waiting tables taking care of patrons as well as in and out of the kitchen. And provided us with excellent service very little wait time. Our food was served to us piping hot! My husband order the clam chowder soup and Sheppard pie. He complimented both dishes saying the chowder was one of the best he’s had. I ordered the hearty guineas stew which was served with sour dough bread and a cup of onion soup. Amazing! I also ordered a Irish mule cocktail. The spices were excellent. Thank you Fitzgibbons and a big shout out to Emily. We will be looking forward to seeing you soon!

I don’t know how I haven’t been here before but the food was amazing…the drinks phenomenal. If you are looking for Irish food like Rueben nachos, bangers and mash, shepherds pie, and Guinness stew this is the place to go! Oh and they just started wing Wednesday $.80 wings! Where else can you find wings that cheap in this economy? Just go there.

Food is delicious and the server is very nice. The music is a bit on the rough side, but it is Celtic. I will be coming here again if I am ever in the area. I ordered the Guinness stew. Fantastic!
