Worst experience with this restaurant.
We ordered paneer bhurji daal makhni and garlic naan from doordash. Daal isn’t in containers but in bag and when i called them that girl is so rude and isn’t accepting their mistake said we closed the lid but the fact is that when i tried to close the container that container isn’t closing well because they are not using good quality plastic containers i guess and she is lying on my face that they closed the lid if the lid isn’t closed by me how don’t know how they managed to close the door.

I ordered Malai Champ from The Indian Sweet House and Restaurant through Uber Eats because there was a Buy 1 Get 1 offer. Even after the Uber pickup time, I still had to wait an extra 12 minutes for the order.
When I finally received my order, there was only one box. I did not receive the Buy 1 Get 1 as advertised. When I asked the staff about it, they said that both items were put into one box, which did not seem accurate and was disappointing.
Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the delay and the confusion with the offer. Please be more clear and transparent with promotions and order handling.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Indian Sweet House Brampton. I received a cake that was covered in mold—large green and black patches all over it. It was completely unsafe to eat and honestly shocking that something in this condition was ever sold to a customer.This is a serious health hazard and shows a clear lack of quality control and proper storage. I expected fresh, hygienic products, but this was unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from here again, and I strongly suggest the store review their food handling and safety practices.

I am shocked and disgusted by what I received from Indian Sweet House in Brampton. The cake I bought was full of mold — not a small spot, but large patches of green and black mold all throughout the cake. I didn’t notice right away and actually ate some of it, which made me extremely sick and nauseous.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Selling something in this condition is not just careless — it’s a serious health hazard. It shows a complete lack of hygiene, quality control, and basic responsibility toward customers.
I will never order from here again, and I strongly warn others to think twice before buying anything from this place. No one should have to experience this.

This one for 9 dollars. This mango lassi. Taste was ok but not great. I could have got a pizza or large cup of milkshake from mcd in this amount but no branch was there.

I ordered veg Chinese items, but the food was unhygienic. I found grey hair in the Manchurian and even a chicken piece in the noodles. The noodles were also old and smelly. Very disappointing and unsafe. I won’t order again.

I am honestly beyond frustrated with the service at this restaurant. I have been doing lunch pickup here for over a year, and nothing has improved. The girls at the front constantly keep customers waiting for ridiculous amounts of time while casually walking around, chatting, and completely ignoring people standing at the counter.
There is absolutely no sense of urgency, no basic acknowledgment, and no respect for customers’ time. I have missed my bus multiple times and been late to work because a simple pickup order takes forever. It’s unacceptable.
What’s even worse is that this clearly isn’t a one-time issue. There are already so many bad reviews mentioning the same problem, yet the service remains terrible. It honestly feels like they do not care at all about customer feedback or their reputation.
I also work in a restaurant, and if we ever treated customers like this — ignoring them and making them wait without explanation — we would never hear the end of it. Providing basic service and respect should not be this hard.

I often come here for takeouts and getting tiffin from them on regular basis. I’ve come several times here and most of the times there’s a single girl working on front serving a lot of customers that leads to long waiting line. They definitely need more staff that can enhance their services.

If you’re in Brampton, you can’t go wrong with Indian Sweet House. It’s my favorite dinner spot whenever I’m visiting for work. The atmosphere is great, and the food is consistently perfect—especially the Thali and Parathas. Highly recommended for dinner or quick bite.
