We ordered paneer bhurji daal makhni and garlic naan from doordash. Daal isn’t in containers but in bag and when i called them that girl is so rude and isn’t accepting their mistake said we closed the lid but the fact is that when i tried to close the container that container isn’t closing well because they are not using good quality plastic containers i guess and she is lying on my face that they closed the lid if the lid isn’t closed by me how don’t know how they managed to close the door.
When I finally received my order, there was only one box. I did not receive the Buy 1 Get 1 as advertised. When I asked the staff about it, they said that both items were put into one box, which did not seem accurate and was disappointing.
Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the delay and the confusion with the offer. Please be more clear and transparent with promotions and order handling.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Selling something in this condition is not just careless — it’s a serious health hazard. It shows a complete lack of hygiene, quality control, and basic responsibility toward customers.
I will never order from here again, and I strongly warn others to think twice before buying anything from this place. No one should have to experience this.
I ordered veg Chinese items, but the food was unhygienic. I found grey hair in the Manchurian and even a chicken piece in the noodles. The noodles were also old and smelly. Very disappointing and unsafe. I won’t order again.
There is absolutely no sense of urgency, no basic acknowledgment, and no respect for customers’ time. I have missed my bus multiple times and been late to work because a simple pickup order takes forever. It’s unacceptable.
What’s even worse is that this clearly isn’t a one-time issue. There are already so many bad reviews mentioning the same problem, yet the service remains terrible. It honestly feels like they do not care at all about customer feedback or their reputation.
I also work in a restaurant, and if we ever treated customers like this — ignoring them and making them wait without explanation — we would never hear the end of it. Providing basic service and respect should not be this hard.
