We ordered bread sticks, a hamburger and mushroom pizza, and a couple of drinks. We were on our way to a high school football game, so we ordered ahead. The breadsticks were great, and they remind me of Noble Romans breadsticks. The pizzas were just as delicious. I hope that we get a Chicago’s Pizza joint in Lafayette someday.

Heard some hype so came to see for myself. Let’s start with:
Communication-called the order in and server didn’t know ‘pies’ was a form of pizza so confusion and explanation off the bat, no biggie. They said it was hard to hear me so I spoke up now I feel I’m near yelling into my phone, technical support needed on that end, maybe? Next,
Food- smell was on point, which is a good thing, smelled good all the way home. On the way I’m investigating the visuals of the Pies and stability of the slices-non but means 1 of 2 things: 1-moisture has ruined the bottoms of my pizza or toppings too heavy, but in this case it was that my dough probably was rested long enough for the ‘deep dish’ as they call it, not traditional for sure, but dough was still chewing implicating an unfinished cook. Taste was decent but overall became hard to continue eating. Next,
Service-other than them having issues hearing my order clearly, they responded pleasantly and with timely manners. Next,
Atmosphere-Stores sits in a corner nook so it is not dine in, and they have a 3 person bench to sit and wait. I seen customers order and go wait in their cars so take that as you need to.
Wasn’t the experience I was expecting from a newly opened business and I enjoy doing my reviews and trying new places.
By the way. The breadsticks was rolled in way too much garlic salt. Very salty.

The pizza is really good but definitely not Chicago style deep-dish. BBQ pizza was a bit light on sauce.

Edit: upon further searching if you look at the actual menu and don’t rely on the ordering page it says pan style

The pizza would have gotten 4 or 5 stars if the dough was fully cooked. Even though it is not truly Chicago deep dish it would have been great if it was actually done. My husband ordered yesterday and we ate one piece each and threw it in the garbage. That is not safe to eat. The dough was undercooked in most areas and fully cooked in some. You will end up making consumers sick. Please correct this. Food cost enough money as it is but to throw it away? Nonsense. There is no excuses for undercooked food.

Tonight was my first time to try Chicago Pizza and I loved it. I’m a Pizza King lover but this I think might be better. I got the thin meat lovers. Lots of toppings and great taste. Also the bread sticks are awesome.

Our go to pizza place! Everything is always done quickly and everyone is always friendly. The owner is always open to feedback which I think shows a great business. The skillet cookie will be added to our regular order now!

We tried this place and it was very good on service. They try to please their customers to make things the way the customer wants it made. The pizza was very good and the bread sticks and root beer was good also. We waited inside while they made our pizza and they told us cool stories too.

I understand there are different takes on Chicago style deep-dish pizza, but when you order one from a restaurant called Chicago’s you would expect it to actually look like a deep dish you would find in Chicago. The pizza had no sauce on it, not even under the cheese. I don’t know if that’s standard at this restaurant with deep dish or if they forgot to add it. But either way I was very disappointed.

Pizza was mid, not really a deep dish. Had no sauce on it, very few toppings for a nearly $20 pizza. Basically, what they call a “deep dish” is a pan pizza at every other pizza place. Minus the sauce, and with less toppings.

You’d find a better representation of a deep dish from a little Caesars, which is really saying something.

Won’t lie, was skeptical at first of another pizza place in Lebanon, but I gotta say, some of if not my favourite pizza in town now. It’s not too greasy or oily or anything you find somewhere else where you need to drape a paper towel over it to soak it all up (which is amazing). I had gotten the chicken bacon ranch pizza, and I was not disappointed in the slightest. It was good, hot, and no real room for complaints. Another time, more recently, I had ordered a supreme pizza with meatballs and no mushrooms. Unfortunately I did get a couple mushrooms but only 2 or 3 on the whole pizza which honestly I can’t be too mad about since it’s just me being picky really. Overall, excellent pizza, great sides, and no deal breaking complaints. I intend to order Chicago’s again in the future.

They do not serve Chicago Deep Dish. They dont serve any deep dish. The pizza they claim is a deep dish is 9/16 inch has no
outer crust, and the crust on the bottom is undercooked.

Go anywhere else and order a pan pizza it will be closer to a deep dish than theirs. I have no idea why anyone would claim a chicago style when they are under 5 hours away from real chicago pizza they should know they will be shamed.

EDIT: Responding to all your negative comments that all say ITS NOT CHICAGO STYLE DEEP DISH with

“while you expect 1 thing we dont care”

IS JUST DUMB.
