You know, this is one of those incredibly rare beasts of a restaurant where I ALWAYS get my order as I ordered it, accurate to the last detail, and with incredibly friendly and courteous staff 100% of the time. I mean, why can’t ALL of the fast food places emulate whatever it is that Taco Bell of Middlefield does?!?! It’s simply uncanny how this place is ALWAYS on the ball and the staff is ALWAYS just as friendly as can be and (at least MY orders, historically) have even special request orders accurate 100% of the time. TAKE A HINT, YOU, ACROSS THE STREET!!!

Ordered #6 Chalupa but with beef. The chalupas were stale and hard with a teaspoon of beef. What was the point. Didn’t even put taco sauce in bag. Terrible service. Don’t bother with this location unless desperate.

Got the new cantina bowl, missing beans and sour cream, then also had a white hair and plastic in the bowl. Also missing a drink and 2 tacos from this order. Great Taco Bell!!!!

So I drive to Middlefield because chardon sucks. But the last two weeks this food has been awful. I place a mobile order and when I get there 20 minutes or so later the food has been sitting. In the information it stats drive thru orders will be prepared when you arrive. For two weeks I have ordered $30 worth of food and threw it all our because its disgusting and soggy and ice cold. The crunchwrap was hard i took one bite!

To whoever made my two Crunchwrap Supremes (CS) tonight – You made the worst CS that I have ever had. Each one had less than one tablespoon of meat in it and lacked other fillings. It was basically all tortilla and lettuce. I hate to leave bad reviews but for $12, this was horrible. I attached Taco Bell’s photo of a CS which we all know is never this big, but these were the worst by comparison. Do better Taco Bell Middlefield!

We as a big family usually spend quite a bit of money here. Never really had a problem until this night. Young kids probably were mad that it was a big order and did what they did. They are lucky I didn’t break a tooth or one of my kids swallowed this. I’m disgusted and will never return here

Over the years the quality of their food has taken a hit and then some. Just like any other place I am a creature of habit and since I get the same thing a lot of the time, of course some of my favorites are discontinued which is discouraging but again my consistent liking for certain things keeps from having repeated negative experiences. That being said, draw your own conclusions. Stick to the specials and the popular menu items and you should do ok
